I had smart lipo to my upper arms, it has left my arms in a worse state,they are lumpy and uneven with alot if sagging skin. I was continously told how much better they looked and collagen would produce to sort out the wrinkled skin. but infact my arms are now uneven and I feel butchered. I was offered fat transfer from my inner thigh to try ballance my arms out as one has definitely had to much fat removed. I was mortified. I am so self conscious I hide them away, I am now looking into going to Turkey to have a procedure done to try and fix them.

Do not choose Elanic!! I had a septo rhinoplasty done in June 2021. The tip of my nose is now huge with one side so much larger than the other and brick hard and swollen, it’s also extremely squint and goes off to one side. I was supposed to get a follow up appointment 3 months after the surgery and didn’t get one for over 12 months. I’ve called Elanic 5 times in the past few months since the appointment explaining how I’m not happy and would like to be seen again. Each time they’re clueless and tell me I’ll receive a call back the following week, I even asked if they could leave a note on the system to do so yet I’ve still not received a single call back. On the day of my surgery, I sat in a room alone whilst they ran 6 hours behind I also hadn’t eaten 12 hours prior to going to the hospital as you’re required to do and didn’t eat that entire day, I didn’t end up getting out of the hospital until late at night around 10pm, the surgery was supposed to have been at 2pm. Eventually gave up with Elanic and I’m now paying a further £7500 to get a revision rhinoplasty performed in Turkey on top of Elanic’s ridiculous price which was way more than this. The communication was great before the surgery but as soon as it’s done they no longer care, all they want is your money. I seriously regret choosing Elanic, they’re useless and leave people botched without any attempt to help you out.

I’ve been left botched by elanic after 3 revisions! My calls go unreturned, emails unanswered and I’m left without resolution after raising my concerns.

I’ve logged a formal complaint with them and there has been no attempt to resolve.

Throughout the entire 2 years this has been going on, I’ve felt ignored and as if I am bothering them, even when suffering with a bad seroma - I was fobbed off until I insisted I see my surgeon. Stay away from these incompetent people! They don’t care once they’ve taken your money.

My experience at Elanic has been second to none.
I had a breast reduction done with Vivek Sivarajan and the results are amazing, I have so much more confidence and feel like a new person!
The nursing team have been amazing throughout, I couldn't recommend this clinic more if anyone is considering a similar surgery.

I first had my surgery with Dr Vivek on the 29th of October 2021 for a implant exchange and a breast lift.
The cost was £10600, witch seems quite high but the doctor was well recommend and I decided to pay in order to have a good outcome.

I noticed after removing the bandages that Dr Vivek,
Instead of using the previous cut that was made before by a previous doctor he has made another horizontal cut to both breast that created a lump in-between the 2 cuts.
At my first consultation with Dr Vivek I asked why did he make another horizontal cut instead of using the old cut and he had no answer. He did not know why he made that cut and I assume he didn't expect it would create a lump.
I was told to wait cause in time it will disappear.

Over time the breast have gone smaller because the inflammation after the surgery has gone and the breasts started looking more apart and the lumps underneath became more visible.

I went back to Dr Vivek and he suggested to do another surgery to go down with the cut this time to the one from the previous doctor as he should have done in the first place and fix some bad stitching that he had done in his first intervention and to add fat to the breast in order to make them round and even as they looked square in some parts and Dr Vivek said they look like that because of the way my chest muscles are, but not to worry as he will make them round by adding fat.

I was scheduled for 24th of April 2022 and I had to pay an extra £1800 pounds

I had the surgery and when removing the bandages I noticed that in order to join the 2 horizontal cuts, Dr Vivek had to make a masive cut.
After the inflammation has gone I noticed again that the breast were not even and the left breast was lower than the right one and was pointing towards the outside.
I went back to the doctor and I told him that I am unhappy with the outcome. The doctor had a look and he started blaming the previous doctor and as well he blamed my body. He touched my chest and said that one of my ribs is pointing out a little and that is the reason the breast is falling towards the outside and there is nothing nobody can do, but to wait some more time cause in time the breasts will adjust more.

I went back again on the 28th of July 2022 and told the doctor that nothing has changed and he as well had a look, he reiterated that nobody can fix cause of the rib.
After that I asked the doctor for my money back as I had to pay £12400 for this and was put to a lot of stress and none of the people that has seen my breast had a good thing to say so in order to be content, I have to hide myself, and try to avoid people or questions about.

They would not refund. I was told I can use another doctor from their clinic to correct the intervention.
I would like to have a doctir that I can choose, nit one offered to me by the same clinic who got the surgery wrong

I had a procedure with Mr Topcic, I had considered it for a long time before having the courage to speak to someone. The staff were lovely and always made me feel comfortable. It’s helped give me my confidence back. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I recently had a breast augmentation at Elanic. I knew I wanted to go to a clinic in Glasgow so after doing lots of research I decided I would go ahead with Elanic and chose Vivek Sivarajan as my surgeon. Vivek was so informative and answered every question I had. He showed me what different sizes of implants would look like on the scanner and I decided I like a more natural look so I settled on 330cc teardrop implants. Now I’m 4 weeks post op and they literally look like what I thought they would. I felt like I was in and out of surgery in two minutes. The place was absolutely spotless and Caitlin sat with me before hand and made me feel so at ease when my nerves were getting the better of me. After my surgery I had such lovely girls looking after me, they brought me some snacks with a cup of tea and a bottle of water. They then helped me get dressed and spoke over all of my aftercare with me. My scars are tiny and I can't even notice them. I’ve had my one week review so far and I dealt with Nurse Haley, she is such a lovely girl and was so gentle with me when I was feeling extra fragile. I really wish I did this sooner as I'm so happy with how they look! For anyone who is considering Elanic, book in for a consultation. Every member of staff is so lovely and I have 0 complaints. I can't thank them enough!

Multiple complications led to over a year of recovery. I almost died with severe infections. The hospital used was dirty. Elanic wouldn’t take any responsibility. Results were poor, I has a further 2 operations as I had dying tissue. I had nerve damage and I wish I had never gone through with it. Worst year of my life. Thought it was fair to give 2 stars instead of 1 as even though the experience was awful, it could have been worse.
