I had high hopes when I chose this clinic for CO2 ablative laser treatment to improve my scars, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After spending a significant amount of money and going through the painful recovery process, I have seen little to no improvement in my skin.
The doctor assured me that results would take time, so I waited patiently. I was told I would start seeing improvements around eight months after the procedure, but now, two years later, there has been no noticeable difference. I followed all post-care instructions diligently, yet my scars remain unchanged.
To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns, the clinic was dismissive and uninterested in offering any real solutions. I regret trusting this place with such an expensive treatment, and I wish they had been more honest about the realistic outcomes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine results.

Hard sell. Avoid avoid avoid!!! A few months ago I had a consultation to discuss liposuction which cost £50 for consult. Vivek was 1hour late, no apology made+after 10minutes I had been sold a tummy tuck with lipo (which would have been much better for me apparently). I paid the whole amount up front which is everything I had in savings and after a few weeks decided against the surgery as it’s not what I was looking for. I cancelled well within the refund policy times, signed the edocument which states the money will be refunded after 28 days minus the £500 deposit which they are happy to adhere to when they are getting to keep your money. It’s now 46 days later and the company will not return my calls. When I phone they just keep saying it’s been reported to the refunds team. I’m at my wits end and right before Christmas this has caused me a huge amount of stress. I will keep fighting to get my money back if I have to phone 10 times a day but how lucky I am that I didn’t go ahead with the surgery. Please listen to the bad reviews everyone and save the money and your body.
Still waiting for my £500 deposit to be refunded. This has been well over the 28 days which is how long I was told it would take to get my deposit back. Having to wait 28 days is bad enough. Why keep someone’s money that long!! Have had emails going back and forth but still no refund!! I will me taking matters further if this doesn’t get resolved asap. Decided not to use Elanic’s clinic in the end as they charge too much in my opinion and I can get it done cheaper abroad. Not happy with their service at all!!
I had breast augmentation surgery by Mr David Mcgill back in April and I honestly can't fault him or elanic. David provided me with information
on all the risks, didn't feel like he was just after my money and a true expert in his field. A special mention to the theatre team also, Kimberly is the kindest soul who made me feel so at ease before and after surgery. I had several aftercare appointments and will be going back for a final one next year. Highly recommend people to use Mr Mcgill and Elanic if you are looking for an honest surgeon who provide excellent results.
Very welcoming clinic. Informative consultant and from start to finish i had a great experience. Now that i know my options, i am exploring how i should proceed. Elanic gave me plenty of options, and they have given me time to decide, but i am very pleased with every step of the process until now.

I have to say I was really impressed. I wanted the surgery, and got a lift and reduction on already large breasts. However I was so nervous. Vivec was brilliant. So patient with me, I had a few appointments before making up my mind and then the after care was first class. The team were exceptional the entire way through. I would highly recommend. If you’re nervous like me, it’s worth having a consultation and meeting the team.

I have had multiple procedures over the years abroad and here in the Uk and can honestly say my experience at Elanic has been on a different level from anywhere else I have been from my first contact to all my aftercare I genuinely cannot recommend Elanic enough if you are thinking about any procedure trust me you are in safe hands!!!
From the minute I have been in contact I with Elanic I have had nothing but issues. I was given a whole load of incorrect information regarding a procedure, as staff are not sufficiently trained” quoted by staff themselves. I paid for my treatment after consultation as I was assured this was a mistake and that Elanic would be able to fulfill my chosen procedure. I had my doubts but was reassured after speaking with my patient coordinater, who again reiterated to me there would be no further errors.
I was given an initial date for procedure (8th aug) which was then changed to the 15 aug at my consultation. I was then informed less than a week before my appointment that it was rescheduled (29th aug) due to them not having the kit required to do this treatment. WHY are Elanic charging people for treatments they do not have the right equipment for?! This is completely false advertising.
I decided after this to request a refund as I lost all confidence in using this company. EVERYTHING from customer service, professionalism and communication has been completely shocking. You cannot call and speak to someone directly without requesting a call back, the girls on the other end of the phone can only leave a message on your behalf. I dread to think what would happen should you need to speak with a surgeon/Dr or nurse in an emergency.
I have since taken my money elsewhere and had a completely different experience with 10/10 customer service. I am actually grateful Elanic cancelled my appointment and issued me a refund as there was constant red flags from the get go.
I URGE others if you get a bad feeling about this place like I did, then please go elsewhere. These people are only interested in your money and not your well-being!

I had had multiple surgeries at Elanic clinic. Spending 25 thousand in the last year. I had some minor scarring on my face and approached Elanic to see what could be done to reduce visibility. I was encouraged to get full face co2 resurfacing. This was very invasive, caused major swelling, a lot of discomfort and was very bad to look at for weeks. I know now that there was no need to do my whole face. I was 27 years old and had young skin and I have never had acne or any other skin problems. I believe this was suggested for monetary gain. Before writing this I reached out to the clinic both in person at post op appointments and by email. My concerns have been ignored. Beware - Aftercare is non existent if you have problems or concerns. I will now be going down the legal route. I wish i had read reviews before using this clinic
So,
Overall, i haven't had a great experience so far to be honest. As someone who has worked in the NHS for 14 years i truly felt id perhaps receive more patient centred care however it very much is a “one in, one out” system. I felt one of the co-ordinators was very money focussed and discussed money on several occasion's with me even though i had secured finance. I was also very unhappy that you told the finance company I had already had surgery about a week before I had it so you could get paid sooner. I am now around 1-2 weeks post op and i have heard once from a Nurse from Elanic and it was 3 days post op so i hadn't encountered any health issues however by day 6 i was really quite poorly and called the clinic twice to ask where the call was from the Nurse I was expecting. I never received that call. Which has resulted in me calling NHS 24. I seen my Surgeon for 2-3 minutes pre-op to consent for surgery, he never returned. No follow up, no discussion about how the surgery went etc and he tried to discharge me one day post op when the Nurses at the private hospital refused as i was only self-managing 100-200mls per 24 hours orally. The two stars are for Ross Hall and the Dieticians. I have spent so much money and i feel like all you have done is taken my money and left me. I will be leaving my name anonymous but if patient care/after care would like to contact me you will have my e-mail from this review. There are many more things i could mention.
I had an amazing experience with Elanic! Vivek was my surgeon and I could not be happier with the results! I got breast implants with fat transfer at the start of January and had my 6 week check up this week! My recovery was quick with only the first week being difficult! Would highly recommend. It’s given me so much confidence

Went in for a breast reduction with Vivek and I have been left in agony. My breasts are still too big with one being a full cup size larger than the other and not lifted as requested. I have horrendous scars that go around my torso to my back, excess skin between my cleavage, and I had to attend the breast clinic for an emergency mammogram and biopsy as he left stitches that turned into cysts. I cannot begin to describe the pain I am in. This whole experience has been complete hell. Vivek is not interested in helping me. I wouldn’t let him touch me now to be fair, however he had no interest in solving my numerous problems. They want you in and out in 3 hours, I was in tears when I was asked to get dressed and leave the clinic. Please also be aware that maximum they will ever refund you is £5,000 regardless of how botched the surgery is. After meeting with lawyers I have since found out that they are numerous legal cases against him, one even stated they can’t believe he is still being allowed to practice.
29/11/23 - call back from my website enquiry. Was told surgery available for mid December: "I would have to book in right away for a consult."
She said you will be in and out in afternoon. I've had cosmetic surgery before I know how I react to general aesthesia. This was scary and giving: chop shop.
30/11/23 - I called back. To pay for the consult they sent me a link to my phone. Link doesn’t work. We tried again. Link still broken. Skye says she'll send me a link to pay by bank transfer. Until payment was through she couldn’t confirm my appointment for Tuesday.
I make payment by bank transfer after the call and reply to the email asking to please let me know payment was received and my appointment confirmed.
Friday the 31st - I’ve heard nothing. Obviously, weekday, I'm busy, I didn’t expect to take out time to chase appointments; this wouldn't happen at a great clinic. They're efficient and give you confidence you are in good hands.
Elanic are closed at weekends. So make sure you never need to speak to them post surgery on a Saturday or Sunday.
Monday the 4th - I call them. Skye goes into explaining why no one got back to me. She’d booked herself to call me back on Friday but she wasn’t in on Friday, she was on holiday. It’s just baffling. I’m wondering whether she miss spoke because - why would you do that?
The email I sent asking for confirmation of my appointment was a reply to the email they had sent to me. To an Alphonsine Katat. I’m assuming whoever this person is they weren’t also on Holiday so someone could have gotten back to me to let me know my payment had gone through and my appointment was booked.
Skye doesn’t know whether I have an appointment booked or not. She says payment was declined. I remind her that yes the card link did not work so she sent me a bank transfer email. I offer to send her the receipt of the transfer, which I also sent in my initial email asking for confirmation that my appointment was booked. There’s no payment. She finds payment. She also finds the appointment.
We got there. She can’t give me a refund and cancel the appointment because she needs 48 hours notice. If that 48 hours notice applies to days Elanic is actually open and I was unable to cancel the appointment Monday morning - There weren’t 48 hours available from me calling them on Thursday at 15.00pm to me calling on Monday at 11.47am - to make a cancellation.
As I said, Elanic are closed on weekends and I was rushed into the consult, to the extent that I wondered whether they were paid per booking. Perhaps if Skye hadn’t booked herself to call me back Friday, when she was on holiday, or someone could have gotten back to my email Thursday or Friday.
It was a complete mess, just absolute incompetence. When I told Skye I did not feel safe putting my health of all things in their hands, if they can’t handle booking an appointment, I had to sit through a speech on how Elanic are the best in Scotland. I am absolutely certain that Scotland can offer better than this.
You are trusting the clinic with thousands of pounds and your body, not just the outcome, but all cosmetic surgeries have a risk. You want to be in the most competent hands from start to finish.
Skye made the point that their surgeons were the best and not associated with Elanic. This is a terrible point to make because it's through Elanic that payment will be done, appointments will be booked, before and following your surgery, and through that clinic that you will be taken care of when you are vulnerable and recovering from general anaesthesia. During that time of vulnerability you will be completely incapable of dealing with their incompetence of care towards their clients - should it arise.
Don’t take the risk - they’re not even offering a good price. There is no reason to take a chance with Elanic when you could get impeccable care and treatment from start to finish with a different clinic.
I had 5 procedures in one surgery in September 2023. The entire process was very professional and stress free. Tummy tuck, lipo 360, muscle repair, breast reduction with implants and a mole removed. Surgery took less than 3 hours. I'm absolutely delighted with the results. The entire process from booking to aftercare was excellent. I am a nervous patient (i cry at the dentist :-) however Vivek and the nursing team really reassured me at every stage. The aftercare team was excellent and I was provided with a 24 hour emergency line to call outwith clinic hours. Elanic were slightly more expensive than other clinics however the results and care were worth it.
