Met with Dr Vivek and Charlene, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were both very professional and answered all my questions.
I’ve now had my surgery and I’m over the moon with results.
The clinic is spotless and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly!

Where to begin! What a fantastic experience I have had with Elanic from start to finish. The whole team was so welcoming and friendly which put me right at ease from the get go. I am absolutely over the moon with my results and would recommend the clinic to anyone who was thinking of getting a breast augmentation. Thanks to Vivek for keeping me so well informed about everything and delivering amazing results, and whole team for being so kind and helpful throughout. I couldnt fault a thing!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone around summer time of this year about rhinoplasty. I think he said he was the manager or owner of Elanic, I can’t quite remember.

It was a very lengthy phone call and I explained that years previous, I had an open septo-rhinoplasty through the NHS to correct a breathing problem only. This was not a cosmetic procedure.
At the end of the call, he quoted me a price of £6000 or around that price.
I finally saved the 6K to book. Called Elanic this week and was told “they’ve only recently increased their prices to £9,995” without honouring the price that their manager, having known the facts, quoted me.

Totally and utterly disappointed in the lack of communication between staff. Must be really busy to turn away 6K from a customer. Thanks Elanic. 😊

Communication and aftercare leaves a lot to be desired. Had surgery August 22 and still waiting for follow up consultation despite calls to which I am still waiting reply. Happy with surgery but was to decide if I wanted another procedure at follow up which I did.

From start to finish great experience meet Kimberly who told what was going to happen . Then the consultant came in explained my options and gave me choices. Theatre staff lovely . Painless procedure . Got phone call this morning to make sure everything was ok .follow up been arranged Would recommend Elanic to my friends

Such a simple process! the staff were always there to answer any questions at any time and the surgeon, Vivek, was so lovely and so professional, he done exactly what i was after! so so pleased with results

I had a breast augmentation procedure carried out at elanic in May and the whole experience has been great! I first went along to elanic in January where Vivek and the rest of the team were nothing but lovely to me. I had all my questions answered confidently and went ahead and booked the procedure for May.

I had tuberous breast deformity and now 6-weeks post-op am beyond pleased with my results! The surgery has changed my life, Vivek has done an amazing job, I have had absolutely no complications, healing has breezed by and I am left with very small scars which are healing nicely. My post-op care from the nurses has been amazing, they are all so sweet and make you feel totally at ease!

I can't speak for the negative reviews of elanic, however, some of them commenting on their treatment from staff I do find extremely hard to believe personally. As I said, everyone I have encountered has been amazing and have went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about everything! I can't recommend them enough and I know where I'm going if ever needed again in future!
