Extremely fast processing time and shipping. Ordered just before black Friday on a Thursday. They shipped from Hong Kong to Canada and arrived on Monday at my door. Phone was double boxed and bubble bagged. Everything perfect and price extremely competitive.

Absolutely can not contact a person to resolve rather my order went through or not...even though I sent a payment through Paypal for $ 1869.00.

very pleasant experience - put the order in on friday night EST - was delivered perfectly packed to my doorstep on tuesday morning. ordered from an other shop same phone 3 weeks earlier for even more money and paid extra for shipping, took them 28 days to deliver and was packed poorly. Received item on time from Hong Kong to USA where I stay. I ordered pink, but received metal rose color. The cell phone is fine, I am learning to use it.

Hit and miss.

First order: Flawless. Order was processed, dispatched, and delivered within 5 business days.

Second order: Order is taking 48+ hours to process. No communication whatsoever.

I wanted to buy a Sony RX100M2 camera. On Amazon it was 550$, and here it was 370$. Scared by bad reviews, I also bought "shipping insurance". That seems to have also made the shipping much faster, as it was delivered from Hong Kong to North Carolina in 3 days. The camera came with a weird power plug (British?), but that did not matter to me as I have plenty of chargers for micro-USB. The camera looks and works normally, as a new camera should.

While my order is still being processed, I submitted online ticked and emailed as well to cancel order and ask for refund. They replied to offer some discount and asked me to reply that message. I replied and confirmed cancellation request, but they never reply me again. I sent several more email and online ticket, also opened a new case through RMA link found on their website. Then I just received a new email saying that they are now "packing your order and to be dispatched shortly"! Is this ridiculous? Seems like they just trying to force me into buying this and if I return the order, they will make money out of the administration fee charge!! This is the worst online shopping experience ever happened to me. I will keep the status updated through internet and hope I will finally get my full refund soon.
