This is my 2nd order (Casio watches) from this company. Excellent service and fast shipping. I will continue to give them my business.

I recieved a phone that was not working, the microphone wouldn't work.
It was DOA according to their terms and i was told that if it didn't work when i returned it that they would replace or refund.
I then sent it back and now they are saying it was working and they are sending it back and charging me fees of $70 for it.
I took it to a store that actually agreed that it wasn't working but didn't get them to replair as i didn't want to void warranty.
I will not use them again and am dissapointed with the service and how they handled it.

They are a scam! I purchased a phone from them. It did not work properly. I contacted them and they had me send back the phone. They then refused to give me a full refund because they claimed the phone worked. They wanted to charge me 50 for shipping and 20 for "inspection". This is a complete scam!!

ordered xiaomi pocophone F1. shipped from hongkong, took 6 business days to arrive in Canada to my address. No extra sales tax or Custom Tax collected when I received the delivery. The phone has been working amazing. great deal for the price and great shopping experience.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch dock(Official Nintendo brand). They sent me a Chinese wall plug which doesn't work here in the USA. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they treated me like I'm stupid saying "could you please double check inside the packaging/bubble wrap, if there is any travel adapter was put inside". I told them no as there was nothing but the dock and the Chinese wall plug and they never answered back. I am NEVER going to buy from this website again. Absolute scam. What kind of a business ignores their customers when the business messes up? Disgusting behavior.

Even though i was very skeptical, i took a chance.
Got a receipt as soon as i placed the order. At the time of ordering, it said dispatched within 24 working hrs but was still processing after 2 days.
When i contacted them, they responded saying that the item had run out of stock and would arrive WITHIN A WEEK and if i would wait for it.(they offered to upgrade my shipping to premium)
Even though i was not happy, i said OK. 6 days passed by and i mailed them more sternly this time.
They replied that the stock was arriving in 1-2 days. At this point, i really started to doubt their authenticity (mind you these replies sometimes come within half an hour and sometimes after a couple of days).
But, i got a mail from them that very day saying my order had been packed. some time after that, i got the tracking number.
They did upgrade the shipping and i did receive the product which is absolutely new(with all accessories).
So instead of the promised 8 days, i got it within 11 days. worth it.
Now, i haven't dealt with their customer service regarding warranty and stuff so i can't speak for that.

In conclusion:
Pay through Paypal.
Mail them during their working time (Mon-Fri), not your time and you'll get a response.
This isn't amazon prime don't expect lightening fast delivery and be prepared for minor delays(It would have been better if they show out of stock when the order isn't available)
They have great prices on all things photography
There are some negative reviews (and the site looked sketchy), BUT THIS IS CERTAINLY NO SCAM.

Shipping to Canada, I was skeptical with using this new site, but I am glad that I took the chance. My order arrived with 4 days of placing the order. DHL tracking gave good updates and the product was securely packaged and was exactly as described. Didn't need to pay any extra custom fee and tax. Only paid the price displayed for the product on their site.

I haven't had to contact their customer support yet so can't comment on that.

From my first experience, I would buy again.

Great service from eGlobal Central US, Nokia 6.1 was brand new in sealed box as described, the manual and stickers were in Chinese, but not a big deal as the phone started in English. Order was processed within a week which is acceptable coming from Hong Kong.
The only trouble I had was the delivery from DHL, it was a nightmare, that's why I rated 4 stars, my package required signature, and they could not guarantee delivery when I'm at home, their closest pick up office was 70 miles from my address, I asked them to deliver at my work address and they attempted delivery when I was not there yet and texted me "Recipient Moved", I didn't move? Then I called them to release the package with my signature on paper form with instruction I live on basement floor Apt 13, next day the driver dropped the package on first floor by Apt 5 and never took the signature release form. I got my package but the service from DHL was terrible.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Terrible customer services, nightmare if you have a genuine need to use the warranty and as they sell imported goods the manufacturer won't help you.

Lies and false accusations when trying to get a refund on Sony WH-1000XM2 headphones that broke into 3 pieces after a year of normal use due to a widely known issue. I gave photos and links to show that many people have the same issue with this flaw in these $300+ headphones headbands and all I get is "Please note ALL PHYSICAL DAMAGE (including WATER DAMAGE) will void the warranty and the item will be rejected once our inspection confirms the damage." with a return fee of £30 (plus outward shipping costs to HK).

They avoid the actual issue of the item having a known flaw in design or material... they just make this stuff up to avoid their warranty obligations and try and scare you with made up fees.

Based on this logic, if your headphones burst into flames on your head, the warranty is void as they are now pysically damaged.

Scammy warranty, staff don't care, make false accusations and refer to statements in the warranty that don't even exist.
