I purchased a camera from e global central US and it was sent to me via DHL. DHL seemingly lost the package in transit. Strangely enough even though I reported it had not arrived, E Global Central Customer Service insisted it had been received. It had not. After that email from e Global Central US customer service, DHL stated that someone had called and said that they had received it, very odd indeed. I reiterate I had not received it and never did.
DHL made every effort to locate the package but then finally relented and claimed it was lost, eGlobal Central US customer service was slow to respond and completely unhelpful.
No apology, no concern for the lost item and then after all that, claimed that they cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in transit, They offered me 39.32USD, as a refund on a $310 camera.This is completely fraudulent. DHL was the courier chosen by eGlobal Central, US, it is eGlobal Central's responsibility to refund me or replace the item. I did not make any purchase via DHL and also did not pay DHL for the item, this is between DHL and eGlobal Central US. For my part, I would like to receive my full refund or the actual item I purchase and paid for.
After this experience I believe this website is running a scam operation. I recommend anyone thinking of purchasing an item to think again.

Overall experience has been great. Customer service usually reply pretty good time. the website can be a bit more polish. an example of a polish website would be the B&H website
But so far I have been treated well as a customer.

Placed an order for a studio flash - the next day I received an email stating that the flash was on backorder, and they would send it out within one or two days, and upgrade my shipping.

I had already paid for upgraded shipping, so this "offer" was ridiculous. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money back through PayPal. I have received several other emails from eGlobal requesting that I accept their "offer" to wait it out, and that they will send the flash as soon as they have them in stock. My requests for an immediate refund are being ignored, their website still shows the flash as being in stock, my order still shows as "processing," and who knows what these people are up to.

The emails I receive from eGlobal are all signed by "Markus Licinius Crassus" - now, since Marcus Licinius Crassus died in 53BC, I am guessing this really isn't him.

I have started the process of filing a claim through PayPal, but that takes time - as for now I am out over $700.

As Marcus Licinius Crassus would have likely said... Caveat emptor.

Please be aware when buying from this company that they are based in HongKong therefore you are governed by the consumer laws of this jurisdiction. So if anything goes wrong, their warranty means nothing. Please read the small print on web site before buying anything. The Motorola G5 Plus mobile I bought nearly went on fire due to faulty charging port [melted lead]. Sent phone back at own expense to EGlobal who confirmed on inspection this was due to manufacturers fault which they would fix. After 9 weeks mobile was finally returned but it had not been repaired properly and was not charging. Mobile was sent back again to EGlobal along with photo evidence of battery screen displaying 'not charging'. Have just received e-mail informing me techncians can find no fault with phone and if I want it back I'll have to pay them £60. This to me is a ploy or scam, the phone is probably unrepairable and they don't want to replace it or give me my money back. So please be careful buying from this company if you're not prepared to possibly lose money.

Lost my phone right before a big trip. Ordered from eglobal and it arrived super fast and just in time!

I was hesitant about purchasing something from EGlobal Central, since I had never heard of the store before, and they seemed to be based in Hong Kong. However, they were the only online retailer that had the new Sony Noise Canceling Headsets that were released in August 2018. All of the other retailers were sold out, Adoroma, Amazon, B&H Photo.

So I decided to purchase on eGlobal. Not only did they have the best price, but they also shipped very quickly, especially for an international retailer.

My headsets were shipped via DHL and arrived in a less than a week. The only thing I noticed was that it was wrapped with a bubble wrap DHL plastic mailer, and so the Headset box got a little banged up. It was not double boxed. Also, my new headsets, the shrink-wrap on the box was not there, and so it seemed the box had been opened. However, I checked the items and they were all brand new.

For the price of the item, I was really happy with my purchase and giving this new e-retailer a shot. I was able to use a promotional code with my order and get $5 off, with free shipping, no tax? I honestly can't complain. I'm very happy with them, and glad to find a new online retailer I can trust. Thanks!

Item paid in full $1000 on 8th Oct

After a 3 days of sending emails and asking postage detail the came to understand they have no stock.

They said the will send it on 12th Oct. Nothing happened till 15th.

Then they cancelled the order themselves and no refund yet... I paid by paypal.. refund should be instant.

Will never shop from them again...and will tell all my friend to stay away from them.

Make sure the item you get is exactly what you want. I bought a phone from them. The carrier support information they had on their website was vauge and misleading. The device didn't work well in the us. They made the return process long and extensive just to discourage you. You also have to pay for shipping to Hong knong. They found a minor reason to reject the claim and forced me to pay for shipping again if I wanted it back.

Lowest price, quick and courteous service. What more can you ask for!!
