EGLOBAL CENTRAL US IS TERRIBLE AND KIND OF SCAM!!! First,they pretend to be from US,but they are NOT.They have no permission to sell in USA.They are from China and promise shipping in 6-8 days.I did not know it and ordered Samsung Galaxy A51 with PayPal.Next day I got email from Eglobal which said that here is your order number and they charged $285 in total for my item,and told me that my item will be shipped from 48-72 hours with tracking # and all information .The cell phone was ordered for birthday for my cousin which was in three weeks and since Eglobal promised to ship it to me from 6-8 days,I thought I will be fine.Next Two Weeks I got nothing from Eglobal Central Us.I got very nervous and suspicious and gone on internet and read all info about Eglobal.On youtub a few reviews said that they are kind of scam.I also, found out that Eglobal are not licence to do any legit business in USA,I wish Paypal check better on some companies.I called to Eglobal phone number on their"official" website,but the number there is not working number and based in Taipei,or Hong Kong.I send a few emails to Eglobal for cancelling my order and return my money if they not contact me back.For another next 6 days I no reply from Eglobal.Then,I contacted Resolution Center in Paypal and demanded my money back.PayPal took my claim and suggested to contact seller again and wait for a few days more for reply.In next 2-3 days no one replied from Eglobal.I this time canceled my order with Paypal and demanded my money back.In another 2-3 days I finally got reply from Eglobal that my order will be send soon to my location.I send another email to Eglobal that I have already canceled my item with them and that I made another purchase with local company on ebay located in California for the same price.The local company order was in 4 days at my home.Then after I let Eglobal know that I canceled my order with them and send them many emails they told me that they send it to me already and the item is going to be at my location very soon.So,I have not received the item after Whole month.On June 12th, I finally got my order from Eglobal but I do not need it anymore.I did not even open the package and went strait to Fedex and try to send it back,but the return shipping I was told will be 125$ and I also have to pay custom % for items from USA to China.Finally,I told Paypal that I will not pay for return shippin and will send it back to Paypal location and let Paypal deal with my seller.Last,I want to say that there is not return policy on Eglobal Central Us.There are not Legit way to contact them.Their address on package was Not company but just some residential.They are not registered and have no licence to do business in USA.Be aware!And DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with them.

I have placed an order on May 28th 2020 and after several emails to the company there was no response. It has been 2 weeks since the order and still no response from them. I have not gotten any updates regarding the order and it's still processing. I will file a dispute with Paypal at this point. No updates and no response to emails/messages after 2 weeks. Just holding onto my money and no product. Terrible customer service if any is present.

Do it! Make that purchase! I don't regret it. i placed an order with gearbest at first and they took way too long to ship and lied about shipping. So I opted out and went with eglobal, my order was shipped after 1 business day and arrived after two days to canada! Amazing service amazing speed! Thank you so much eglobal central.

I purchased a Redmi note 9 on Sunday night (6/7). It was shipped a few hours later from Hong Kong, and delivered by Fedex on Wednesday (6/10). It was exactly what I ordered and it came ridiculously fast. Thanks to eGlobal Central.

Great company fast service awesome how great they treat there customer's cant wait to order more of their products thanks so much.

I ordered a nintendo switch on May 1st and still haven't received my package. It shipped May 5th and the tracking number I received was fake and was displaying fake updates to make it seem like my package was actually moving. I opened a dispute with paypal and a few days later I was given a usps tracking number. A week later and usps still hasn't received the package. I've emailed many times and haven't gotten any response at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Trust in all of the negative reviews for this company. They are all accurate! 4 separate emails with no response. I tried to buy a $300 camera from them. They claim to ship within 24 hours for in stock items. Well, my item was in stock. A week later, and it has not been shipped. I just tried to cancel. I also filed dispute on paypal. lets see how long this all takes. Please avoid this company!!! You have been warned.

I just want to start by saying I never write reviews. I only took the time to write this one because, after purchasing and finding out the items come from HK I started doing research on this company (After the fact right) and after seeing all the reviews I got super nervous. I purchased a PS4 Pro on a Wednesday...it was shipped by Friday, and delivered by Fedex on a Tuesday, a day early than they told me. I can’t speak on what anyone else experienced, but my items came fast, and it was exactly what I ordered. It also came with an adapter. I ordered with PayPal and got the insured delivery. Hope this helps!

This site is legit and does take some patience to work with. I have purchased 2 items in the past month: Samsung A71 phone and Galaxy Buds+. The phone took 11 business days and the earbuds 7 business days (Mon-Fri schedule) to get here.
I will say, that I tried contacting them twice during my first order by replying to the confirmation email and did not get a response. I was worried for a few days, but I eventually got an email when my phone was dispatched.
The shipments have been delivered via FedEx from Hong Kong and had everything I was expecting and were well secured.
I used PayPal and paid for the insured economy shipping, so I'd recommend going that route when ordering.

Took my money, never heard from them again.

The order was done the 19/04/20 with the payment via PayPal.

I was informed about the tracking number from DPD Group, and after waiting weeks, I contact them and they confirmed me that they have not received the package.

The delivery time indicated by egloblal.at should have been in between 6-8 days, and it is more than 1 month from the order, and no news, no answer, nothing...

I claim the payment to PayPal, hoping to get any answer.

A BIG SHAME!!!!!!!

Haven't gotten a tracking number. Try to contact and keep getting the same message over and over! We are processing your order or your order ia leaving soon, email will be sent within 48-72 hours! Still nothing.... I will absolutely never order from here again.... And it clearly says eglobal us not eglobal hong kong.... So this is another scam! Very very bad customer service! No telephone number to even complain and try to even track your order. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible service. Took over 1 month to even ship my item. Wouldn’t reply to my emails. Opened a claim with PayPal. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. After weeks of them lying about my shipping status, despite them saying it would only take 6-8 days to ship, I repeatedly contacted them to attempt to cancel my order, only to have them repeatedly outright ignore my requests for cancellation. I've disputed my payment through PayPal, and I'm waiting for the results of that. But they still haven't even acknowledged that I've requested a cancellation.

They were the only one I could find with the product I was looking for. I ordered the last week of March. Because of covid mail services, I received the package May 18. It didn't matter that it didn't come for my daughters only birthday gift on April 25, or the fact that we couldn't track the 230 dollar gift. What matters is it came. Thank you for not letting me know where it was or if it was coming. That was a fun game of cat and mouse.

Update: Literally not even 5 hours after I wrote this review, I got sent an email with a real fedex tracking number. Apparently they are overnighting my Switch from Hong Kong. Which I think is kind of strange. But I’m glad to hear at least something from them.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite on April 30th. Today has been the 6th straight day I have had a “delay” in my order from the tracking info. I had luckily read the reviews on here about them not shipping items and fake tracking numbers. I emailed them several times with no response. Yesterday I opened a dispute through PayPal asking them where my package was and how long of a delay I was gonna be waiting on. Today I checked and saw where they had initiated a payment reversal through PayPal. No communication, no emails, nothing. Please don’t waste your time with these people. Over 2 weeks of time spent waiting for something that wasn’t even in stock or shipped. And on top of that they lied with fake tracking and fake delivery promises. How is this company still in business.

That's the delivery they provide, 1 month later nothing, I emailed them several times with no answer. Thank god I bought this with PayPal, just opened a dispute and escalated it with them lets hope I get my money back.

I am extremely pleased with the Braun Ear thermometer. It works wonderfully as promised and is worth every penny. Delivery was on time just as suggested.
I liked this item so well, I am ordering a second one for the household as a spare. I would buy any product from this business without any reservation and with full confidence of its value, performance and delivery.

Long Story:

I was worried since I saw the reviews here - almost identical to my situation, but I did notice the good reviews too.
It was shipped from Hong Kong and looks like they have a sort of sketchy hub set up in Springfield Gardens, NY.
The initial shipping company from Hong Kong was ‘aramex’ and from Springfield Gardens - it was sent using DHL.
Like everyone else, I agree eGlobal Central US should be more informing about their process. Even if you say it would take a few weeks to be delivered... people will actually be 10 times more ecstatic over it arriving within a week (like some others).
It looks though, that these reviews are mixed between different regions. So when they ship to Canada or Europe - they’re obviously using different companies to ship the item on its final destination leg. It does affect the company as a whole - but maybe that’s why people do buy from them because what they lack in what they charge you is seen through the services they choose to use to get the item to you.
I am going to close my dispute I submitted through PayPal against them - I only did so because it wasn’t clear on what the deadlines were besides the claim you escalate it to within 90 days of purchase, I believe.
For reference, I am located within 5 hours of Springfield Gardens, NY. They detailed this as the location of the package Sunday, April 26th, 2020 - while I received it just today Friday, May 15th, 2020. Very grateful that they threw in an adapter as well, converting from Type I (AUS, China, NZ) to Type A (US, Mex, CAN, Japan).
