Quite ok, except promised 6-8 days order time and fake tracking. Each customer get same tracking info updated everyday. Finally received my order 15 days after completed PayPal payment. Watch genuine, brand new and perfectly packed.

Great site! Bought a bunch of items from the site and I gotta say that their international shipping speed is amazing. Don't know how these guys do it, but that's a big plus for me compared to other international sellers. You can find good deals on some items if you look. Based on my experience, they can improve better on their product description and adding more items in their inventory. Another thing they can improve is to make sure every items they sell are sealed.

****Do not buy from this company **** They did not send adapters. There was a14 day money back guarantee. I tried returning within that periods as a result of their error. they have not admitted fault, have not given me an option to return despite requesting it. Had to start dispute with amex. I have just received my lens at a substantial saving over the usual retailers. It came with a Hong Kong labelled box and paperwork and I’m not sure how warranty would work but, then, I have never had a lens go wrong. It took about 10-12 days to arrive and shipping notifications went quiet for a week or so until it hits the UK but then it arrived quickly. I have to say, I have had no problems with this company over a number of years and at least 3 of 4 purchases. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a jbl bluetoote 5 days later still nothing from walmart. Great price fast shipping overall awesome experience. Will use again for sure.

I ordered ReadmeNote9Pro on 23rd July and received on Jul 29th, I did not expect the delivery to be so early esp., in this pandemic situation. Product is not damaged and I could see it is brand new with an extra travel adapter. Day1 of the device setup and testing is really good. Also, thanks to DHL for safe delivery. Horrible company. Delayed delivery coming from HK (when they make you think it's from the US), subpar product (instead of US power supply it came with a travel adapter). When tried to return the product seeking their money back guarantee, they make you cover the shipping cost to HK, they charge you an admin fee and only once the product is there they decide if they refund. Stay away!

Trash company, I buy a brand new product and they send me an open box and said it is brand new. I am saying it is clearly you don’t. And all the warranty is as they said which is from themselves but from original product makers. Don’t buy anything from them, trust me!

Contrary to some bad reviews of this company, my experience has been very favorable on each of six or so purchase transactions. Very fast delivery by reliable carriers (on one occasion, 2 1/2 days from Hong Kong to Minnesota!). The merchandise (camera equipment) was always well packaged and in good order. I have not had to return any product for warranty purposes, so I cannot comment on how well they handle these matters. My overall feeling is that they are a good and reliable company.

Trash company to work with! They are from China NOT USA. Lier! If u are from oversea then you'll have to pay a fee for buying things internationally. FAKE for saying being in the US should be sue or something. If you are returning they have a restocking fee, so don't ever return. They make you wait about 5-7 days just for a response to ur return. So hard to get in contact with, keep repeating the same mail to you over and over again, even though your question changes LUL WTH! Just buy things from amazon or ur local store. That will not make u get a headache or anything. Thank you. Oh, this is a note from me. "Don't buy from this company so they go bankrupt."

I have order a mobile phone on 20 June 2020 and paid via transfer send proof of payment and received an invoice and a few days later a tracking number for Hermes. The tracking number is stating that the delivery service never received a parcel.

The worst is there is no one who you can reach no working phone numbers - emails are not responded to and the chat option is the same its all automated and seems to land in the junk.

I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are in for a lot of frustration and losing your money on top of it. I will take now further steps to get my money back.

eGlobal Central was one of the few sites that had my item for retail price, but I had hesitation ordering because of these reviews and the HK shipping address.
However, no issues for me. I placed my order on June 27th with insured economy express and received my order from HK to California on July 1st with FedEx international priority. My order shipped within a business day, but that's most likely because the item is not highly sought after. I'm sure orders with more in-demand items take longer. I wrote this review for anyone who has similar reservations like I did. Just make sure to pay through PayPal with insured shipping and be patient because not all orders arrive at lightning speed.

I purchased a Ducky keyboard that was going to be really delayed, so the customer service team reached out to ask me if I preferred a refund, which I really appreciated. They processed it quickly, and that made me feel see they value providing good customer service. Will try again!

I purchased a Ducky Pocket because I wanted one, its discontinued, and they're sold out everywhere in US. I was skeptical ordering from Hong Kong and was afraid that it would take forever or the product would be incorrect/fake. I took a chance because they were the only ones that had it where the price wasn't jacked through the roof. I ordered on 06/22 with the insured economy express. I received a shipped confirmation within 24 hours on 06/23 with not only tracking but FEDEX TRACKING. I received it on 06/26 to the east coast of the United States. That's faster than some domestic shipments, let alone all the way from Hong Kong. The Ducky Pocket is exactly what I was looking for, everything including product and packaging looks absolutely legit. Works flawlessly so far. I'm very happy and will be doing business again.

I made the mistake of ordering a Nintendo switch lite in yellow from them before looking at reviews because I was so desperate for one and did not want to pay 300-400 or wait for restock. So after reading too many horrible reviews I got very anxious, and especially when It said it would be delivered in 3 days and I was on day 4 without it. But I received it on day 6 and that’s probably because of COVID related matters and going through customs in Tennessee (I live in NY).

I will say, I sent an email on day 4 and I received a response the next day. Also nothing was wrong with my product and it included a travel adapter. I won’t say to ignore all the bad reviews or that I for sure would order from them again because I’m still concerned by all the bad reviews but surprisingly I had a very pleasant experience for a good price.

I looked at many reviews on a xgimi H2 projector and was convinced that this was the one I wanted. Then it all boiled down to the price. My first thought was just buy projector through Amazon because I already have an account, but at nearly 1000 US dollars...my instinct say to keep looking around. That's when I found eGlobal had my projector for less than $700.00. The only thing that made me hesitate was that it was overseas. This meaning it would take weeks to get projector. Well i took the chance and received confirmation that I would be getting the projector with in a week of ordering. Wow! I thought so to be honest that was the longest week I had to go through. At last the package arrived and it was absolutely wrapped 3x protected from any kind of shipping damage that could have occurred. The unit came and worked flawlessly and have been using it daily. I would review product in depth at another time. Although I have already recommended eGlobal and that product to several others through my email. Lastly I wouldn't hesitate buying through eGlobal in the future.

I placed my order for a phone on June 11th and it arrived in Toronto on June 17th. After reading all of the bad reviews, I was convinced that I would never get the phone so I emailed them on June 15th in the afternoon and they got back to me the next morning with an update, which was followed up 2 hours later with a tracking number from DHL. Everything went smoothly ... great prices and great service!
