I ordered what I needed on the thursday…

I ordered what I needed on the thursday afternoon. Expecting the order to arrive at the latest monday afternoon. Nothing arrived so I emailed the company. They said they didnt have any in stock but when some comes in they will send it out straight away.
If you dont have it in stock, why not advise the customer. I would have gone elsewhere for a quicker service. The job is now 4 days behind because of this mess up.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the delay with your order.

While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, our delivery information page does advise allowing up to 6 working days for delivery to account for situations such as stock and courier delays. During checkout, customers are asked to confirm that they have read and agreed to these delivery terms by checking a box before it will allow you to place the order.

When you contacted us Monday requesting an update, we responded promptly letting you know there was a stock issue and confirmed that your order would be most likely delivered by Thursday. We then received an email from you Tuesday in the evening and replied first thing Wednesday morning informing you we were dispatching that day on a next day courier.

I can see on the tracking your order has been delivered this morning (Thursday) at 11:30.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Easy to navigate the website for…

Easy to navigate the website for exactly what I wanted, blew away by the quality of the 7 inch guttering I ordered, from the brackets been strong and easy to clip in an out, an the joints super easy to seal.
First time user of easy merchant will definitely be using for all of our guttering from now on, plus price is extremely good
