Products absolutely fine

Products absolutely fine. What we didn’t like was that the delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door he just unloaded in a very awkward location and left, leaving quite a large order of decking more or less blocking our front door.

Excellent customer service and a great team. Nathan was very communitive and helpful as well as the whole team. Genuine people with genuine morals who will go out of their way to help. Will 100% buy from them again.

No update on delivery and damaged boards

Ordered 24 hollow boards in anthracite, had no update for delivery after 6 days so sent an email for an update, they responded saying should be delivered today.
Once arrived there was 3 or more boards damaged so I asked the delivery driver should I sign to say damaged, he was like I can take them back, unfortunately after a waiting a week for a delivery I can't wait another week for delivery of replacements.

We received your email a couple of hours ago letting us know of the damages, and as per our response, we have arranged replacements for Monday for you (next working day),

I understand these things can be a little annoying, but all we can do is immediately respond to it and resolve it for you.

It is impossible for us to resolve this any quicker than we have for you, you informed us at 2:07 (2 hours ago) we replied at 2:47 to say replacements will be coming on Monday (the next working day).

As I say, it is very frustrating when things get damaged in transit, but these things do happen and all we can do when it does is immediately put it right for you.

We're on the 5th working day today, you agreed to 6 at the point of sale, the replacements arrive on the 6th working day, within the timeframe agreed.

We warn all about this on the delivery information page that things like this can happen, we explain that all we can do is replace the damaged items for you, and we ask you to not place your order unless you're happy with it.

Fantastic company to deal with

Bought 50m x 4.5m of Terram T1000 membane and delighted with the product. Unfortunately the delivery company DX managed to lose my order and Aaron at Easy Merchant was extremely helpful in ensuring that I received the membrane in time by sending out a new order for next day Saturday delivery and saved the day. Fantastic company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Terram T1000 a first class Product, but...

Terram T1000 is first class and whilst I appreciate it being supplied in shorter practical widths, the 1.5m width provided was cut from the centre of a 4.5m roll with varying angled cuts each end (approx 15 and 30mm out of perpendicular). Whilst I understand it's a difficult cut to make, it means that when unrolled there is not a straight edge for borders and effective width is reduced, that's compounded on overlaps. Whilst not that significant, it does provide scope for improvement!
On the plus side delivery was super quick and the transaction was seamless.

Amazing service by Adam

Amazing service. Their supplier had caused a small hiccup but Adam dealt with it calmly and professionally and my original order arrived as promised. Really great service.

Fraudulent company. AVOID

Item was never in stock but failed to mention this. Item was so late that it could not be used for the building work required. When I asked them to cancel the order as it was not needed anymore, I was told it was not possible, then I received an email saying it was with the courier. They went on to say it now can't be cancelled and I would not be allowed a refund and started to say the consumer rights act was to protect them so I could have a refund or send the item back. The item still hasn't arrived as its been further delayed. Waste of money, waste of time and a bunch of cowboys not helping.

Hi Tom.

I understand that it's frustrating when an order doesn't arrive as quickly as you'd like it to.

However, calling us fraudulent is really unfair.

We received your order on the 31st March, wee then had the long bank holiday Easter weekend, and you contacted us the day the bank holiday ended on the 7th to chase the order.

We then dispatched it on the 7th for you.

Then on the 8th you said you wanted to cancel it for a full refund.

Our website does not allow anyone to purchase any item without clicking to say that they have read and understood our delivery information, which in the first sentence explains that we ask for 6 working days for delivery, and potentially during busy periods like bank holidays, ask people to except potentially longer.

You ordered a custom product from us, which means we have to destroy a product to cut it to your custom size.

This involves two guys carrying the roll out into the yard, unrolling it, cutting it, folding back up, packaging it, organising the paperwork, uploading your delivery details, printing the labels and loading the delivery vehicle and paying to ship it to you.

None of those costs are refundable to us.

As mentioned on the product page, delivery info, cancellations info, T&C's etc, custom sized products are non refundable in accordance with the Consumer Goods Act.

This is because, if everyone made us do all the work, then cancel and refund them in full while we cannot recover out costs, then all businesses like our would be bankrupt very quickly. The law is there to protect us from this very situation.

I appreciate it didn't arrive as quickly as you wanted it to, but it did arrive within the timeframe we ask for and you agreed to. So to leave our small family business that tried our absolute hardest for everyone a 1* review and call us fraudulent is disappointing.

Of course, if the item doesn't arrive or is lost the courier has damaged it, then we'll issue you a full refund and recover our costs from the courier, but we have dispatched your item in time.

Please feel free to just give us a call, where you will find the most helpful friendly team in the entire industry waiting to help you.

I placed my order on the 29/03/26 with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days a week later and I still haven’t received my order.

Hey Rob.

We do not offer an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days.

As per our delivery information we ask for up to 3 days to dispatch the item and another 3 to deliver it. A total of 6 working days.

To avoid any confusion, we do not allow orders to be placed without a box being manually ticked by you to say that you have read and understood this. It will not allow you to pay otherwise.

It's very unfair to receive a 1* review after being completely honest and doping exactly what we said we would do.

We'd love to advertise a next day delivery service as we would get a lot more orders, but instead we are very honest, even stopping people from being able to order unless they agree to it.
