My experience with this company has always been superb. I normally would see Diane but I tried a location closer to home and the clinician call Aileen was absolutely tremendous. Aileen was very thoughtful and showed empathy for me as I have very sensitive ear canals and was very nervous. Her clinical knowledge and experience was clear and I felt sure I was in safe hands. Complete success yet again!

Sinead makes you feel so relaxed, what I would say is use earol spray a couple of days before your appointment, it helps with the wax removal and makes it more comfortable

I visited the clinic in Stepps. Taken promptly are appointment time, no hanging around. Was quickly put at ease by Sinead as she explained the procedure in detail. All over in a few minutes. She then explained follow-up procedures to carry out at home and I received a confirmation email with full details of procedures same day. Very professional all round.

Easy to book online and get a quick appointment- unlike any of the high street opticians who offer this service. Melissa is friendly while also very professional and does a great job. Very efficient and pain free removal of my ear wax.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Leighann explained the problems relating to excess wax within the ear and carried out the removal process in a very pleasant and professional manner. She also provided me with information relating to hearing aids to improve my diagnosed industrial deafness.

I visited Leighann yesterday, she was absolutely brilliant, very friendly. Even after I inadvertantly stumbled into her treatment room when she was with another client after being unable to hear her instructions over the intercom when she asked me to have a seat outside. As she said though if I could hear the intercom clearly I shouldn't have been there in the first place, which is fair comment and a brilliant response.
The treatment she provided was superb, she explained things clearly, talked me through every part of the procedure and the expected noise levels, and took photgtaphs of inside both my ears and showing me the before and after results and forwarded these to me by e-mail. She even offered to contact my GP to prescribe a cream if the ongoing infection I have does not clear up completely.
This is my first visit to EARS clinics and I would not hesitate to book an appointment with Leighann again. I had my ear wax removed at a "specialist" ear wax removal company closer to my home just after COVID and the care and treatment I had from Leighann does not even compare. She was more comprehensive, more professional, friendlier and certainly less rushed. I am so glad to hear properly again. Thanks Leighann, you are a credit to the firm and hopefully your back which you were obviously struggling with gets better soon.

Diane put me at ease straight away. Explain very clearly what she was doing. Gave me good follow on advice. Even emailed my gp to prescribe cream. I would definitely recommend Diane.

Diane removed my ear wax after inspecting my ears which was done very gently. You also get before & after photos emailed to you.
This was my 3rd appointment and l was again both delighted & relieved to get my full hearing back.

Friendly ,professional informative and very helpful towards my needs

Thought the hearing issue I had in one ear were due to sinus issues, when this didn't clear I booked an appointment at the EARS Clinic in South Queensferry. My appointment was with Aileen who was great throughout the appointment, making sure I was aware of everything that was involved. After a quick exam, it was obvious wax was causing the issue. Within a few minutes, both ears were cleared. The ear I didn't think was blocked almost had as much wax as the one I couldn't hear out of. I can’t believe how much I can now hear, I thoroughly recommend this service and will be something I will do regularly in the future to ensure I don’t get my ears as blocked as they were.

Leighann was very professional and competent with her explanation and cleared my ears very effectively when the NHS said I needed another 2 weeks of oiling before they could accomplish what she did in 10 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will return when necessary.
