Great treatment from Leighann for my Mum who is 89 and not a fan of going to appointments. Worked out well and she is hearing much better. Thanks.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my treatment. Each step was clearly explained. Aileen was very persistent with one of my ears as it was heavily impacted with wax and she worked on it until it was cleared.
I had to return the following week for my other ear to be cleared. This was done quickly and efficiently.
I would certainly recommend this clinic in Sth, Queensferry.

This is the second time I have had Leighann deal with the ear wax. She was brilliant the last time , way back last year , and just as brilliant again this visit. She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent “bedside “ manner. No one need be in any way apprehensive in getting Leighann as their ear wax removal practitioner . You won’t get anyone any better. She is no Doc Martin! So friendly , professional, and understanding with a very appealing sense of humour ! Very much a huge asset to Ears Clinics! Need I say any more? Hugh.

Great customer service

Visited the website in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. I was practically deaf in my left ear and heading the same way with my right as I had so much wax in them. The practitioner, Diane, had my ears sorted in 10 minutes - great service.

I was ĺucky to get a relatively quick appointment to get my ears "done" at the Ears Clinic, Clydebank.
The practitioner, Kirza, was everything i could have hoped for, friendly, reassuring and clearly very competent. 20 minutes later all was clear!!

Easy to get a relatively short notice appointment, no wait time, and lovely and quick service with an explanation about what will happen and why I could be experiencing an ear ache.

Sinead made my wife comfortable and explained the process. Less than 5 minutes later her ears were cleaned and she was feeling better.
