I first used DPB to redesign my…
I first used DPB to redesign my bathroom. From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient, courteous, trustworthy and diligent in their works.
Next, I used them to service my boiler/heating system and gas fire. Again, due diligence, politeness, courtesy and timely when coming to carry out the services and I was kept fully informed along the way.
I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing plumbing, gas services, etc.

Emergency call out help
Rang first thing and someone had me up and running by 2pm, also made my life easier as set up with a plan to be covered for a service and if anything that should go wrong. As a disabled person it's things I forget now I don't have to worry. Quick, professional and nice gentlemen that came out too. Even better that it's a local company and local people.

Excellent Service
Following a boiler service, the engineer checked the system and found a slight leak on a radiator. Another heating engineer came the following week and quickly remedied the fault. We were very impressed by both engineers. They were polite, friendly, and very efficient. From contacting the office to having work completed I have nothing but praise for DPB and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Friday afternoon fix
Friday afternoon fix - after being let down by another trades person I called DPB. From start to finish the service was polite, professional and clear. When I initially called to discuss my repair, Kim was really supportive, she listened and did her best to ensure I received a quick, efficient response.
Patrick came to work on my water tank later the same afternoon, he was very respectful of my home - he explained what he was doing and talked me through the repair- absolutely great service. Thank you team (especially Patrick)

When your boiler goes bang who you gonna call!
Our old boiler blew and cascaded water to the floor below, late at night, on a Sunday in freezing temperatures. We rang DPB expecting to leave a message to come Monday and someone answered the phone! Enough said. We have used DPB since we arrived in our old Victorian Terrace in Scarborough 7 years ago. The founder Dan is so approachable and all his growing band of staff so helpful. We had no hesitation in joining a Home plan for our boiler.

First time using DPB
Our LPG combi had been refusing to fire so phoned DPB based on previous reviews. Patrick came out within 48 hours serviced the boiler and showed us what had been causing the problem and explained what he had done to rectify the issue. Extremely polite and professional. Boiler now running fine! This is the first time I’ve used DPB and can’t praise them enough for their customer service, speed of response and professionalism. We were so impressed with the service that we are going to sign up for one of their service plans.

Two bathrooms replaced
We had our main bathroom and en-suite completely gutted and new bathrooms fitted. DPB plumbing did all the work including tiling and decorating. They started when they said they would and completed the bathrooms to a high standard leaving no mess. We are really pleased with their work and we would definitely use DPB plumbing again

If I was their mum's, I would be proud. Delightful
The boiler on the blink in summer is bad, but in winter, hideous 🤔. Stress of the mess and so on. Today we had the best experience with Danny and Tom. The room where are boiler is didn't even look like the had been in. Work done to a very high standard. Very polite and knowledgeable.

This was our second time using DPB Plumbing and yet again the service was faultless. Jamie came and serviced the boiler and replaced a part. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Fantastic shower makeover.
From the first visit to completion of our project (removing the bath and installing a complete new shower area in its place) the company was professional and efficient. The estimate was reasonable, the work was started promptly and the whole installation was faultless. Luke was fabulous; always on time, tidy, helpful and professional. The result exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the standard of workmanship. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm, indeed we already have done to our friends. Many thanks again.
