He was a very polite, informative, friendly man and respectful to our propert.
He was diligent in his work and he left the bathroom in a the clean and tidy state it was in when he arrived.

Ryan gough was amazing 🤩 literally amazing the state of my old boiler was absolutely disgusting , it took him a while to get it off the wall . I had the pleasure of meeting 3 employees due to loss of heating and each team member was incredibly polite and more than happy to explain to me what was going on. Everyone genuinely cared about helping my family home and Mohammed Rahim conducted the final visit and with his expertise he managed to get heat back in my home. They are a credit to the company and I couldn't be happier with their service

After having no heating for over 36 days, Kenny was sent as a lead engineer to find what was the issue was.
It was evident that his knowledge and experience as a engineer are second to none and he resolved the issue smoothly. Filling me with confidence that when he left i knew I would have working heating and hot water.
A very friendly and polite person, I will 100% be recommending him to anyone that has boiler issues in the future.

After trying to find a ground source heating engineer in our region we came across Hewer. From the very start they made everything very easy for us. They (Hewer and the engineer) were fantastic & we now have peace of mind that our boiler will be running as efficiently as possible. The heating engineer who did the original assessment in October seemed completely clueless & his jokey attitude wore off very quickly, Unfortunately I went with the same company as it was expensive to get another engineer out from a different company, but I wished I had. The engineer cursed my Worcester boiler when he came back to do the work and didn't seem to know how to start. Luckily he had a 'student' Rick with him who calmed him down and started working. The bill was over £400 to switch a Google thermostat for a Hive. I will never contact this company again.

Thank you so much Steve (engineer) for not giving up when a part failed in my boiler leaving us with no hot water and heating. When I needed to book it in Susan and Lynzi in the office worked hard to get me an appointment quickly and when I was off work. Steve was faced with our older system, that was causing some issues finding parts, but did not give up and we now have hot water and heating. Very grateful. I have had several jobs completed recently. Really good company.
