I suggest to avoid purchasing anything…

I suggest to avoid purchasing anything from this company if possible. This company has very bad customer service. I ordered an over 300€ Canvas from them. They delivered it to a totally different address. Outside of stranger's house. I needed to go pick-it myself only finding that the frame was damaged. They suggested me 10% discount saying they do not have anymore profit to compensate for damage (!). Their customer service reply was very slow. Until now, over one month waiting and tens of emails I have not received any kind of compensation and am waiting for their compensation.

I'm very sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience with us so far, but I would like to clarify a few things.

We can only partially influence the delivery process. You provided us with the address for your order, and that's exactly where we shipped it. It is indeed frustrating that the courier delivered the package elsewhere, but as a company, we have no control over that aspect. We used the address you provided us, and we did not intentionally send the package to a different address.

Furthermore, we never stated that we couldn't compensate for the damage, but unfortunately, there wasn't much more we could do. That's why we opted to send you a new, undamaged product. We also left it up to you to suggest a discount that would be satisfactory to you.

Additionally, you always received prompt responses from us, often within a few minutes, and certainly not longer than an hour. We promptly informed you that a new package would be sent to you, but due to the holiday order volume, there have been some delays beyond our control. Also, our office and production facilities are closed during the Christmas holidays and the New Year.

good quality of the painting, frame damaged

I liked the quality of the painting, it was very beautiful and of excellent quality, but for the price I expected it to be better protected, as I received the painting with a damaged frame, as it came in a box that was very damaged and torn and poorly protected.

Solid qualitet but to expensive for…

Solid qualitet but to expensive for that what you get...after you buy something from them, they are just bombing you with review emails on dayli basis. Its just anoying...i think u could get more for less money

Not received a month later, no response, terrible support

I purchased the 26th of November, and today it’s 20th of December and I have still not received anything.

Did a purchase, got email about a discount if I spent time on their questionaire for new products so I Could buy another item and combine shipment. After finishing the questionaire and getting the discount code, I realised it didn’t work. I emailed dotcomcanvas that spent a looong time getting back to me, and said the code was disabled during black week; even though it’s not mentioned anywhere. So I spent a lot of time trying to give good feedback for nothing, and I feel tricked.

So I don’t bother purchasing anything new, and rather focus on the package that I have ordered. But heck, time goes and its not shipped before 5th of December (I ordered it 26th of November) and today its 20th of December, still no item.

I tried contacting the postal company, not possible to reach them by chat, phone or email. I emailed dotcomcanvas, and they spent some time responding that they would look into it ,and then my ticket was closed with a “write us a 5 star review” email the day after.

Ironically enough I tried giving them a 1 star review in the email, and I got an error message saying it could not be added ude to SQL error. Ironic, so here it goes to Trustpilot instead :)

Now it’s Christmas and I have nothing, and I am super disappointed with what was supposed to be a positive purchase. Can not recommend at all

EDIT:

I finally received the item, and the image and quality was great. I therefore change my review from the initial 1 star to 3 stars, as support and shipping was still horrible. But actual product was very good :)

We would like to address a few points. You emailed us on December 15th with your concerns, and we responded on December 19th. We assume that either our email got lost or ended up in your spam folder.

Your package was handed over to DPD on December 4th and arrived in the destination region on December 11th, but it could only be delivered on December 22nd. We inquired with DPD about why the package was delayed in delivery, but so far, we have not received a response. We suspect that DPD experienced high demand due to Christmas orders.
