Don't buy these pictures if you live in the Uk
Whilst the customer service is ok, I made a mistake from the start at buying from this company as they are not based in the UK. The pictures took too long to arrive, you have to pay the import taxes before the release of the packages and you are not allowed to return if you change your mind. I have wasted over £1000 on the pictures. I didn't notice anywhere that there is a no returns policy if you live in the UK. In fact, I didn't notice I was buying pictures from a company from outside the UK from the start. Be careful.

POOR CUSTOMIZATION AND DELIVERY
I ordered a personalized painting, during delivery which took a long time, the text was modified and delivered differently to what I had ordered. A purchase of more than 700Euros, I had specified the text I wanted and what I received did not correspond in any way.

The shipping cost to the UK was 83 pounds and the other costs were import charges which are due since the UK is not an EU member state.

We would like to address a few points. We dispatched the initial package, but unfortunately, it seems it hasn't reached you yet. The UK Customs are currently examining the parcel, and you should receive a notification letter regarding further actions. Upon learning about the non-arrival, we promptly contacted DHL and arranged a replacement delivery directly to you, even though the whereabouts of the first parcel were unknown.
The second package has been in transit since January 12th and is expected to reach you shortly.

Quick and nice response to a special request
I had a special request for an image outside of their current portfolio. I quickly received a very nice response with the regret that they cannot fulfill my request at the moment. With the indication that they are constantly expanding their portfolio. According to my request, I even received two alternative suggestions as to what might be suitable.
