Poor customer service

I ordered a canvas from Leahideas, when it arrived I wasn't happy with it as I didn't feel it looked as good as on the website. I emailed them to organise a return which they clearly weren't keen on. After several emails I eventually got a returns address in Spain even though they ship from Latvia. Their returns process is that they have to recieve the item back with 20 days or they won't honor a refund however the address supplied isn't recognised by the courier company so it returned to me undelivered a couple of months later after after it has completed a round trip to Spain. Overall my experience of dealing with this company has been poor and I'm left with a canvas that I'm not happy with and don't want. Be aware when ordering from them

We handle a high volume of orders and maintain a very low rate of issues thanks to the care we put into both our products and customer service.

At Leahideas, we place a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy. All of our artworks are produced to match exactly what is shown on our website, and we provide multiple real-life videos and visuals across our platforms to ensure customers have a clear and realistic expectation before purchasing.

Regarding returns, our policy is clearly stated:
We offer a 15-day return window, plus an additional 5 days to account for shipping time, which is already more flexible than most in the industry.

In this particular case, the return was not completed—not due to any issue with the address, which is valid and used daily for both incoming and outgoing shipments—but because the item was not successfully delivered within the required timeframe. Additionally, the customer declined to take responsibility for return shipping and requested a refund without completing the return process.

We always do our best to assist and guide our customers through returns when needed, but we must also apply our policies fairly and consistently to all.

We stand confidently behind the quality of our artworks and the service we provide. If there were personal preference concerns, we fully respect that—but we can assure future customers that quality and accuracy are not in question.

This is an absolute lie, and now this statement is misleading. Klarna has already reviewed the full case and ruled in our favor, confirming that we acted correctly and in line with our policies. We also invested countless hours working on your custom design, which makes this claim especially unfair.

Dear readers,

In this specific case, the customer requested a custom design, providing a detailed list of requirements after placing the order. Once the order was confirmed, we clearly informed the customer that work had begun.

The digital design required approximately 3 days of work from our artist in order to carefully incorporate all the requested elements. This included complex details such as integrating her cat and a specific character, which required significant time and professional effort.

As professionals, we completed and delivered the first draft of the design. Only after receiving it did the customer decide to cancel the order.

It is important to understand that custom digital design is a time-intensive process, and our policy exists to protect the labor, time, and costs associated with this work. For this reason, a partial amount is retained, which is fair considering the work already completed.

Additionally, our policy clearly states that cancellations after 24 hours are not accepted, as production and design work begin shortly after the order is placed.

To be fully transparent, our records show that the order was placed on January 28th, while the cancellation request was made on February 4th—well beyond our 24-hour cancellation window.

Furthermore, the customer themselves acknowledged that the work had been completed and even expressed willingness to recognize the cost of the work. This clearly confirms that the service was delivered and the effort invested.

From our perspective, this situation reflects an attempt to misrepresent the facts, despite the work being completed in full accordance with the order and confirmed by Klarna. Wall of fear

The picture I purchased is great. At 1.6m x .8 m, it looks small on photo, but its perfect. All that said, I believe my purchase looks great.

Quality and amazing support

I ordered two (2m x 1m) canvas with black frames on the 23rd December. I realised straight after placing the order that I had chosen the wrong frame colour for one of the canvases so I sent a email to correct my mistake.
The prints arrived on 3rd January, which was fast due to the Christmas holiday period. On opening the boxes I realised my order wasn’t changed so I was feeling a bit frustrated as I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. I email customer support to explain the situation.
I was answered by someone called Angel, I was asked to provide some photo’s to back up my claim. Within a few days I received the right coloured frame and was also able to keep the wrong print.
I highly recommend Lech as a company and I will be using them again when I need more.

Impeccable service

We ordered a Banksy canvas (2m x 1m) which was delivered on the 15th of December 25. Unfortunately it got damaged during transport and the follow-up by Leahideas was impeccable:

- I filed a service ticket on Dec 15th;
- The same day an agent contacted me and asked for some information and pictures about the damage which I send;
- The days after the agent kept me informed about the status of my case;
- On Dec 31st I recieved a brandnew Bansky canvas

they just fixed it

They sent me the wrong painting, but they responded promptly to my email, immediately sending the correct one and allowing me to keep the first painting they sent me free of charge. The customer service was impeccable (thanks to Angel) and very fast. I highly recommend the seller.

Condition on arrival was a let down

Sure they look great and the price is understandable especially when including postage but it wasn't rolled and sent in a protective poster tube, just sent in a squashable box that was squashed and left the print creased inside. I really had better expectations

I asked this company about their “artists” and how about some names and their bios. If you’re purchasing art, don’t you want to know who the artist is and what their background is? Surprisingly, I did receive a response and the responses that their work is designed by committee. Here it is: Each design is an exclusive property of Leah Ideas, carefully developed by our creative team. We maintain a high standard of quality and color durability so that every piece can be enjoyed for generations.” It’s anything but art. It’s a “committee”. And that is exactly how the production line pieces of the 60s and 70s from the far east reproduced. A production line of people adding lines adding splotches of color until you had something that resembled “art”.

Sent my roommate pieces of wood to act…

Sent my roommate pieces of wood to act as a frame for our home art. The wood is flimsy and cannot be used. Following up in email admitted to sending defective product and claims it’s too late to do anything because we waited to assemble the frame given the amount of work it required. Followed up by attacking my roommates character and keeps proceeding to emailing us disrespectful emails for daring to write a review against them.
