After searching for furniture in many different stores we came across Doorway to Value. It was a very pleasant experience with no pressure selling and we found exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Danny Balcerzac for spending time with us at the store. We will definitely be going back.

We have only just discovered this store and will definitely be returning. There is so much choice and the staff are all so lovely. There is no pressure and after a quick greeting you are left to browse but the staff are readily available if you have any questions. We couldn't make our minds up on our first visit so returned yesterday and Dawn remembered us from the first time. We bought 2 sofas and Dawn dealt with the sale efficiently, explaining all aspects of the care package etc. We are now looking forward to seeing the sofas in our new home when we move in a couple of months.

We have been customers of Doorway to Value for many years and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We were recently in the store and met with Staff member Danny who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. He was friendly and explained a lot about the product and purchasing details. He wasn’t at all pushy and gave us lots of time to make a decision.

We have bought many items from Doorway to Value over the years and not regretted any of the purchases. DtoV always has plenty of choise of quality products at reasonable prices. But it is the level of service whichakes us return. This time it was Dawn Grice who provided the friendly knowledgeable advice we were looking for.

Buying our new sofa at Doorway to Value was a wonderful and easy experience. From the moment we walked in, our salesperson, John, looked after us perfectly. He was incredibly friendly and gave us helpful advice without any high-pressure sales tactics, making it simple to choose the right options and answering all our questions clearly. The final paperwork and payment details were handled quickly and efficiently, making the entire transaction completely stress-free.

Our experience was good . Darren Broadhurst was helpful and friendly at every step, from helping us measure up the wardrobe and bedside cabinet, and finding alternative options in his department .We didn't feel rushed or pressurised in any way. We have shopped here , for several years always finding the furniture quality excellent We have always been satisfied. We would recommend the store to anyone.

Visited the store on four occasions over the last three days to choose new sofa's.
I have to say all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
John was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he guided us through the various options, taking time to answer any questions but also importantly encouraging us to take our time to decide. He made the whole experience very stress free and enjoyable. The "Come and find me if you need any help" attitude ensures that you are not under any sales pressure as sometimes experienced in other retailers.
We will definitely be back to choose our dining table and chairs.

It was our first visit to Doorway to Value having been given the link by a friend. All staff were friendly and approachable. We looked around the store at leisure then discussed purchasing a suite and display unit with salesman John Edwards who advised, didn’t put us under any pressure at all to buy and answered all questions in a personable manner. We were offered a coffee which is appreciated when you drive out to a store and spend a considerable amount of time there. We will recommend Doorway to Value to friends & family.

Recently came into the store to look at sofas. Darren Broadhurst was great, it was difficult to make decisions over fabrics etc but Darren made it all easy and spent a lot of time fetching other fabrics and cushions to help me see the final option. Friendly helpful knowledgeable it made the experience great . Thank you

Always go to Doorway To Value for our furniture last week went for a stressless chair the staff there are always pleasant and helpful David Thomson was our salesman that day and his knowledge and expertise were brilliant he was so helpful in finding the right chair for me

In the store we found the sofas & coffee table we were interested in & with the help of David Thomson, who was very knowledgeable in the products, knew just when we needed space to decide on our purchases. He gave us time, without the usual pressure you get in some stores, to make a measured decision. He was realistic on the delivery date & we also felt the experience was hassle free, as choosing furniture is an important decision and you have to live with the choices you make.
