I ordered a sofa from dawn at the Chorley branch after much deliberation it didn’t fit and I had to cancel the order. I spoke with Darren and he arranged a refund for the £100 deposit I had left. I was very impressed with the service of Dawn and Darren. The refund was arranged with no hassle. I am in the market now for a bed and would not hesitate to shop at doorway with the excellent customer service that I received

Just ordered a new 3 piece suite and dining room furniture. Darren was extremely helpful throughout the experience and I ended up with a brilliant deal on the package, thank you.

We just ordered our new sofa's from Doorway To Value. On our first visit the lovely Jason gave us lots of help and information to go away and think about. When we went back the next day Jason was off but Darren took over seamlessly. He knew what we had looked at and offered advise on our options. Both were professional, neither were pushy. Excellent service can not fault anything. Thank you both.

Very modern bright furniture company who we have purchased from in the past and have been satisfied,as was the case yesterday.
Sales advisor Jason Breeze was certainly on the ball with product knowledge regarding our sofa knowledge and his friendly disposition this company chooses it's staff well as well as the range of products.

First time using Doorway to Value and it won't be the last. Met with David Thomson who was so lovely and helpful, we told him that we were looking for a new sofa and he knew straight away the kind of sofa that would suit us. He left us alone to look around and make our decision and then took the time to answer all our questions, there was never any pressure for a sale like in some stores.

We will definitely be using Doorway To Value again and I can understand why they have a five star rating with people like David working there :).

Quality furniture, excellent customer service, lots of choice, what more could you want. Well worth a visit.
We went a couple of months ago and returned for a second visit on Sunday. The gentleman that served us was called Steve and he remembered us from our first visit and helped us again. Really happy with our purchases.

We visited the store and was impressed by all the staff, who were approachable and friendly but not overbearing, Jason who served us was very professional and knowledgeable about the settee that we chose, and gave clear advice and recommendations for our choice. Went into Doorway to Value today (we go there a lot!) asking about changing a cushion on a chair bought from them a couple of years ago - and left after buying a new chair! DTV were more than happy to help with a replacement cushion but whilst there, and on hearing about my back problems, Darren Broadhurst was really helpful in explaining the potential benefits for me of a different style of chair. No pressure selling just good advice and the decision was left entirely to myself and my wife. Usual expert advice and service from DTV and my new chair is on it's way.

I’m not the biggest fan of furniture shopping, but having browsed around Doorway I had a couple of options in mind. We were helped by Dawn, who gave advice without being pushy. She made helpful suggestions and gave us time to discuss our options before making a decision.
Overall a good experience and I would recommend coming here next time you are looking for furniture.

Doorway to Value provides a superb extensive showroom. As I entered the showroom I was allowed an unobtrusive walk around to look at the range of sofas but was politely met by staff to ask if I needed any assistance.
When I finally found a sofa style that I liked I was approached by the member of staff who was responsible for the particular area. I and my friends were kindly offered a drink of our choice which we accepted. I then discussed the details regarding the sofa, prices, colours, fabrics, modular options and delivery schedules. Assistance with accessory items (cushions) colours etc was also provided.
I even discussed carpet colour options resulting in an appointment being arranged for a visit to my home by another staff member to discuss colours, prices and size required. My final choice of carpet was made by a later visit (03/07/26) to Doorway to Value to see the same person who visited my home who again helpfully assisted me and an order was placed.
All in all, both visits were conducted in a very professional, courteous and helpful way and I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to visit Doorway to Value to choose their furnishing requirements.

Recently visited the store looking to purchase 2 recliner sofas wow what a range was met by Steve corns salesman top man. Steve explained every minor detail from recliner leg length to even the fabric can’t praise enough purchased and waiting for delivery thank you 😊

It’s a lovely shop and Ian was very helpful and informative.

We have shopped here before but have not been for a few years. Needed various pieces of furniture due to house renovations. We were looked after in a non intrusive manner by Peter Williams. He was helpful and very knowledgeable and we completed our purchases quickly and efficiently. Thanks Peter!

We purchased a sofa from Peter Williams. A nicer person you could not wish to meet. My wife used a Disability Scooter and all the staff she met made her feel very welcome. A first class company

Hi i recently purchased 4 swivel dining from yourselves, the salesman that served us was Ian Parr who was very polite and courteous and he really couldn’t of been more helpful and not only that he gave us a fantastic price, we will definitely be back to deal with Ian 👍
