Excellent service
I used this service in desperation as my own GP practice wouldn’t give me an appointment to discuss an ongoing case. The Doctor Care system was easy to navigate and punctual. The Doctor was so professional and empathetic. She listened carefully and advised that I should be seen by a clinician asap, so we agreed I should attend my local urgent treatment centre. This advice was absolutely spot on and gave me the confidence that I was doing the right thing. I am so glad I used Doctor Care Amywhere. It is first rate.

The doctor i spoke to was amazing, checked the issue I was having. Was very professional and helpful. Gave more explanations that my own A &E department. Due to guidance from person I spoke to I subsequently went back to A & E and got a correct diagnosis.

Doctor care anywhere is an absolutely great service offered to me by AXA my health insurer considering the waiting times at NHS. Their customer was great n they helped me with downloading the App n quick setup that helped me book my appointments. I was surprised that they have a list of practitioners available at all times. The GPs Dr. Revati n Dr. Alvin both were excellent. They patiently heard by issue, provided me solutions n gave some advice to manage my RA condition whilst my wait for my next course of action. Unlike NHS specialists that have preconceived notions about the notes on file, don’t return your call and even don’t follow for your main chronic condition but rather concentrate on flu jabs etc which is irrelevant. The GP notes was also updated by the doctor the same day which you can view on the App n u get an email notification and will be linked to my insurer that helped me to get quick treatment. Thank you Doctor care anywhere atleast there is hope to be seen anytime when needed the most.
