Great service. Efficient, knowledgeable, professional.

I like having flexibility when it comes to booking an appt, lots of choice of doctors and times/days. The doctor was easy to talk too and having listened to my concerns was happy to give me further tests to reassure or confirm my worries. Should hear within 5 days so hopeful I get a date in the next few days.

Paid for my daughter to subscribe to this service so they wouldn't have to wait for an NHS appointment. The first doctor ignored everything my daughter said about their pain and told them to go to their NHS GP. The write up afterwards was full of incorrect information, either opposing what my daughter said or with information that she hadn't even asked my daughter about. The appointment lasted 4 minutes out of the 10 that were scheduled. We tried again with another doctor, who also did basically the same thing. Didn't listen, and didn't help. Just tried to redirect them to the NHS.
We made a formal complaint which took 3 months to finalise, with no real resolution. They agreed that their service hadn't really been good enough but only offered a £15 reimbursement out of "goodwill" after taking 6 months worth of payments (also not initially clear that payments weren't actually monthly).
Absolutely disgusted by the whole process and wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Went with a BUPA appointment after that and fared so much better - not perfect but at least listened and offered things to try (not an advert for BUPA, just pointing out there are other better services).

These doctors are very limited in what they can do.

They often can't prescribe. They can't refer you to do tests. Every single time I've tried, for different reasons, the outcome has been "Nope, I can't do that, contact your GP".

Most of the doctors I contacted have very poor audio setups, generally integrated microphones, I could barely understand them.

The Doctor Care Anywhere App is just broken for me. It's been for years. I just use the web version on desktop, which has its own share of UI/UX issues (just to cite one, when you tell it to use your webcam, it forces me to also use its integrated microphone which is awful).

I only use DCA because it's part of my workplace's benefits, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Excellent support. Dr took time to listen to issue and help organise the appointment which was easy to book and was on time. Very pleased.

Just a very simple system to get a doctor unlike the nhs! Well done.

Although my condition warranted a referral to my local hospital, it was not life threatening, however, the symptoms were severe enough to cause great concern at the time. Was a bit scapticale however not being able to get a GP appointment I thought I would try this route.It turned out to be easy to use with a positive outcome very good service

I had a really positive experience with Doctor Care Anywhere. The doctor I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. Although she wasn’t able to change the medication prescribed by my own GP, she took the time to explain my condition clearly and gave me practical next steps to follow. Her advice put my mind at ease and saved me an unnecessary trip to the hospital. I felt genuinely supported and listened to throughout the appointment. Highly recommended.

Booked first appointment waited 30 mins past booked time until the appointment cut off and was told to call customer services, was then told that doctor must be sick and just didn't turn up. As I had come off a plan and was pay as you go , they can't rebook an appointment I have to pay for a new one which is an absolute scam. Second appointment booked waiting the video call accepts with no video of doctor no audio just blank screen, call stays connected for 5 minutes before cuts off and I receive an email saying I wasnt present. Call customer services again make complaints and told to rebook and pay again. 3rd appointment I have tested my phone on their system everything is verified, Im in the waiting room for 5 minutes past the appointment time and it cuts off again with an email saying I am not present, I have screen shots and recordings to prove all of these. Again call to complain and nothing they can do, make another appointment. 4th appointment im waiting and customer services call me to say there might be an issue and just to wait, I wait over 25 mins with no reply and I call back for them to tell me the doctors computer has crashed and there is no way to be seen. This is an absolute disaster and should be ashamed of your service. They agree to make a final 5th appointment voice call only which I accepted with actual minimal hope of it actually working at this point. But thankfully 5th time lucky the doctor was fine and got my cert which should have happened on first appointment. Absolutely furious with the rest of the service and having to pay for 5 appointments.
Made formal complaint received a call the following week, very apologetic for service and agreed to refund me the 4 appointments that had failed as it was all their fault. Please wait a week for refunds i was told, over a week later on the 17th December I had only received 3 refunds, I made a further complaint and was told that would be investigated. It is now the 12th January and still haven't heard anything back from them. Disgraceful service, will never use them again and I hope others do the same. Will be following through with a chargeback from the bank.

It was so easy to get an appointment. I booked a date and time - had loads of choice - and I was called by the doctor promptly. She was patient, listened to me and gave me the advice and referral I needed. Could not believe how straightforward and simple it was. Thank you. A fantastic service.

Very easy and prompt response times. I managed to book and have an appointment in under an hour start to finish.
I will definitely use this again if needed.
