i had trusted this company to source me HVAC products from Thailand, initially they said they have representatives all over the world including Thailand and they sent me multiple questinnaire regarding my business for which i replied sincerely, and finally when it came to real sourcing of goods for me the agent is suggesting me to buy chinese goods and they can help me with that. He says my order valve is very low (300USD, but they needed 6000USD) and cannot meet the MOQ. these people wasted my time and effort..

Google's algorithm suggested this company to answer my shipment search. I was skeptical; I researched online with only positive customer reviews and decided to go for it. Very quickly, a nice person contacted me by email and phone to get more information; then, a sale manager, Mr. Robert Houwayek, contacted me for a follow-up. We talked for a long time in different languages (English, French, Arabic; He's a polyglot) and had video conferences to give him a precise idea of the items to move. The flexibility, professionalism, communication skills, and kindness of Mr. Robert are just "Extraordinary". He was available day and night, including weekends, on the phone, by WhatsApp, email, etc. Always ready to answer all my questions and to ensure everything goes well. On the day of the move, agents on site came with all the necessary material (bubble wrap, etc.), and everything was just perfect. My belongings arrived at their destination after five days on the road! They promised five days of door-to-door overseas delivery; I didn't really believe it, thinking it was marketing, but they kept their word! I was amazed! I have moved before but never had such a positive experience. I highly recommend this company; Ask for Mr. Robert Houwayek, you won't be disappointed!

5 weeks from A-B which is expected
I asked for the total price with all charges including custom and excise charges included. Price Received £1500 total invoice that excluded this but assured it was all inclusive so I agreed.
Before it arrived got told they missed process fees £165 so paid with no paperwork documentation.
Next I receive customer and excise bill need to pay £558.01 on the phone to Robert he inform me you must know about customer fees I said yes but you already said included then said it says on the invoice I said yes we already spoke about this so I paid knowing if I did not I was not getting the goods.
No this is not the end
after collecting the cooker from BKK airport by our friend who lives near by and taking home installing the new cooker I get a call to tell me there be storage fees as there problems and there let me know when I can collect at this point you know I already have the cooker don’t you ?
They change this then to sorry there is inspection fee is from customers you need to pay £92.00 really give me the documentation for this! his response on WhatsApp below

Inspection fees are paid directly to customs to release cargo (on the spot and on the spur of the moment).
They insisted that the value was too low (as compared to the selling price of the oven), and no receipt can be issued.
Therefore, can you pay half of the amount (GBP 46) and I'll refund the rest to the company.

Anyway he phoned me back I told him am leaving a bad review of the service and he said never mind I’ll pay it’s only £92 so I guess he knew he had been rumbled.
The only reason not for a one 1 star is at least it got there in one piece undamaged.

I can understand how frustrating it must have been. Although we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, it’s clear we’ve fallen short in this case, but we’ll do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
That said, it is important to mention that a few comments were not accurate in your review:
- The pick-up from your door was done on Nov 4, and the handover of the cooker on Nov 25, which makes a total of 3 weeks and not 5 as mentioned.
- You understood that the duties and taxes (incl. related fees) will be incurred only upon the arrival of the electrical gas cooking Range and could not be anticipated in the initial quote. Thus, DocShipper directly paid these costs to the local authorities for you to gain access to the shipment faster, even prior to paying us back. It is a risk explained and taken by DocShipper for every customer which is explained prior to any shipment.
