Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. I have been jerked around for 2 weeks, by "Constance", asking me ONE question a day instead of doing the paperwork right away. Then when I asked to seal the deal and get it done asap, she just took vacation for 5 days and didn't have anyone to continue with me. Then she came back and asked "Do you still need me?"
Atrocious.

Unfortunately, I had to take a short medical leave during that period. I had set up an out-of-office message with the contact details of my colleague, who was available to assist in my absence.
