I didn’t receive my Gift Card on the…

I didn’t receive my Gift Card on the date I was expecting, so I contacted Customer Services, I received a reply back asking for some more details. I sent the additional information and it was sorted quickly and efficiently - I received my Gift Card within two days.
Not sure why I had to chase for the gift card though. They said 'technical issue?'

- Your have additionnal security layers preventing spam or junk emails from being sent to your main inbox. Our reward communication emails are sometimes flagged as "spams" because of the value/retailer mentions.
- Your inbox does not allow unverified external professionnal email addresses to contact you directly.
- The reward delivery process encountered a breaking point.

Had two purchases. One tracked and I got the gift card on time. The second tracked but no gift card. I contacted customer services and after providing a couple of details they manually provided my gift card. Happy with the service.

Lego promotion - they paid out as promised!

The offer to get a voucher for Lego tracked but I hadn’t received the voucher when expected.
I contacted them and after my purchase confirmation they emailed me the voucher within minutes - I was skeptical but very pleasantly surprised.

Good service received from Ricardo

Good service received from Ricardo, I booked holidays with On the beach, total amount was more than £1000 so was eligible for £100 vouchers. I did receive two emails, first one when I booked the holidays and second one after they verified my booking. I was waiting for third email with voucher code but did not received in the expected time frame. I emailed Ricardo and after verifying my purchase and communication history from their side, they immediately issued my £100 voucher. Very happy with the service.

Manual redemption required!

It does seem all cashback offers require a manual interaction with Customer Service to be issued (I had two last year and neither was automatically received), but after contacting Customer Service, Ricardo was excellent and promptly issued my gift cards after providing proof of purchase.
