Excellent customer service.
I did have to chase for my reward when it did not track, but Ricardo in customer service was amazing - extremely helpful. Once he had a couple of things from me the issue was resolved and the reward was sent.

While I had to chase for my reward from HotUKDeals, when I did, Ricardo was very friendly and shared my voucher after seeing my proof of purchase.

I’ve had nothing but hassle whenever I’ve claimed a reward and never had one sent without having to chase it. Usually the reply is that I haven’t followed the process however when backing up with emails and screenshots, I then get the reward. I wonder how many people don’t chase or accept that they haven’t followed the process.
My latest issue has been when I went to use the voucher, the link wouldn’t work. Again having to chase, I’m told that the link expires after 90 days and this was on the email. I’d provided clear screenshots of this with absolutely no mention of an expiry of 90 days however I’m told I still can’t have this.
An investigation into this company is needed and I will be raising a formal complaint to whoever regulates this business.

Contacted customer services to enquire when I would receive my reward. I was answered by Ricardo who actioned my gift card less than 24 hours after contacting them. Excellent service 👏

I had a positive experience with MailOnline Discount Codes while claiming my £100 voucher. Although it initially took longer than promised, their customer service team, especially Ricardo, was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. After providing proof, the process became smooth, and my reward was delivered promptly. Thanks for the support—great service overall!

Opted in to £40 gift card promotion. It did take 3-4 months to get the gift card and email from me to chase it up however 3 months was the estimated timeframe and the support responded quickly.

I ordered a Simba mattress through hotukdeals to get a voucher. After waiting the correct amount of time - I sent an email and they needed proof which was as easy as sending a pic of the box when it arrived and a screenshot of the order confirmation and they sent the voucher immediately.
Painless and easy! Thanks

Had an issue receiving my voucher through a B&Q purchase to my e-mail however Pierre was very helpful and didn't take too many e-mails to get to the point of helping to fix the issue and then sent me my requested gift card of choice - first retailer option wasn't available at the time however was more than happy with my second giftcard option.

Waiting time for vouchers can be really long 3-5 months but eventually they come

I have now complained about this company on Trustpilot numerous times and they have responded here making out I haven't responded to them with proof of purchase. This is patently untrue - I have emailed them repeatedly, attaching all my proofs of purchase and including them in the body of the mail in case there was any problem for them viewing attachments. They have continued to gaslight me and make out they haven't received anything! After my last negative review, I replied to them again attaching and including all the proofs of purchase, so I could receive my voucher, after almost an entire year of trying to receive it. This time they have simply ignored me for the past 14 days. I have screenshotted all the email correspondence which shows that I am not going mad and that they are simply gaslighting me. I would have liked to include it here, but there doesn't appear to be that functionality. I am now going to report them to Trading Standards and the Daily Mail, and will look to post the evidence with a negative review wherever else I can. The amount of time and resource they have wasted avoiding honouring their offer seems to me to be far in excess of the value of the voucher, but to me this is a matter of principle. This company is deceitful and lacking in principles, and they have tried to gaslight me for a year, after inducing me to spend money in order to receive a voucher from them. I can see I'm not the only person this has happened to; everyone should report this kind of poor trading behaviour.

Really poor.
Took months and constant emails (from me) to even get issued with the gift card.
I was given a considerable list to choose from and picked Amazon. I was then sent an adidas voucher. Completely unusable for me due to disabilities so a sports card isn’t suitable.
Really disappointed wasted loads of time and have got nowhere

It's a great customer service support team and they were so helpful to address all the questions. Would like to pass on my appreciation to Ricardo and Pierre and they have been so great in assisting and offering the right level of support.
I would have given 5* rating but only reason is that the vouchers are not shared on time and when we go back after few months/ year to give it a bit of time, I was told it's too long to go back and track it which was little disappointed and one of booking.com vouchers was rejected for a reason that it was not an accommodation but nowhere it was mentioned that it was for accommodation and not for travel.
It has got nothing to with the customer support team but the dedicated support who looks after this tracking could have been little bit supportive to offer a best in class assistance for the customers.
