The process was completely inflexible. The dealership entered the wrong collection date, and Audi Finance refused to amend the agreement start date. As a result, I was charged from 16 June despite not receiving the car until 1 July. The collection was originally agreed for 11 July, but I brought it forward because I was already paying for a vehicle I did not have.

We have been with VW for a number of years now. This year was our first year moving between representatives and the level of customer service received was still at the high levels previously received. Due to circumstances outside of our control we were due to return and exchange our previous model earlier. The delays encountered saw event offers expire but the team did everything possible to secure us a new car on the terms and budget we were comfortable with.

David Anderson was amazing from the first contact email and if fact the deal was completely done by email and telephone.
Picking up the vehicle was straight forward and David went through all the features and driving controls before I left with the vehicle.

Very difficult to contact, too much information before you get through, 48 hours before mails to be replied to.
Poor for a company as big as VW.
And you then give me the very number to call on that is difficult to get through on.

The staff both administering sales and engineering are always first class If I have a problem, which is very seldom with Skoda it is attended to as soon as practical

What made my experience outstanding was Emma Purcell. She called back exactly when she said she would and answered all my follow up questions clearly and in a very timely manner. Could absolutely not have done any better than she did.

The Sales guy Paul Hart was excellent but the sorting of the finance, settlement figure on my previous car was infuriating. Settlement was not cleared in the timeframe of the quote and I was penalised and had to pay another months money on that original agreement. I then received a shortfall on the repayment due to VW’s payment not clearing in time and it has taken 3 weeks to rectify and at this point am waiting for the refund which i have been told I will receive in my account Monday 6th.
All if this is totally unacceptable and exceptionally poor customer service!

Smooth and quick process, amount of dealership commission was a shock as amount was not disclosed before paperwork was given to sign as part of finance pack.
