I guess you do what you are forced to do by the various financial bodies. I must confess I was somewhat concerned by the process which wants me to do everything online - which I refused to do since a human interface is essential for this sort of transaction. Then I am asked to confirm that I fully understand everything so that there is zero chance of any comeback on VW/Audi.
Frankly, I suggest you give much more prominence to customer satisfaction and much less to your lawyers

I was very happy with the service I received from VW Financial Services regarding my recent Credit Loan under a PTP agreement to purchase my brand new Skoda Pearl Black Sportline edition Karoq Automatic car.
This time I was able to sign a lot of the documents digitally on line from the comfort of my own home.
The final forms were signed in the Dealership on the day I collected the new car on the 30th of June 2026.

I have questions to ask why did Agew Bouucher Rd look after the old Skoda customers more, people like myself are long term owners my case 20yrs + at least Mervyn Stewart gave a bit of discount and some good deals as away of a thank you. Also communication between myself and showroom not good not kept informed about progress on car I had to chase this myself.

It was good. Easy, quick and stress free. Easily managed online. Haven't had to contact customers services, most things are easily manageable online.

Takes a long time to get through to the right department, was on hold for around 30 mins each time and then getting through all the options takes a long time. The actual person on the phone was quite good and helpful but the time it takes to sort something quite simple and straightforward was off-putting.

Horrible company - they don’t deal with any emails or complaints . Had to go to ombudsman to sort out a complaint .
