This is a pretty cool host. They have a lot of really cool tools for streamlining the server setup process. I had a factorio server and after about 80 hours into the game it started to have MAJOR server lag and I talked to support and it was a limitation of their server. Either they are limiting performance on the per thread basis or their servers are just not up to the task of hosting a medium size factorio server.

I tried setting my server up for 2.5 hours and couldn't get it working. I used the service chat and was connected with Gareth W. and he was an amazing help.

Phenomenal customer service! I was not only new to setting up my own server but also very new to modded minecraft in general and the CreeperHost staff made it so easy! They responded in minutes to every question I had even in the middle of the night, and they even were able to manually change things for me when I couldn't figure it out on my own. I was cautious about dropping $20 a month so my friends and I could play but the caliber of customer service makes it a fantastic deal. I will be renewing my subscription!

I've been with CreeperHost for 2 years now. Excellent service, their support staff are fantastic. I would recommend CreeperHost to anyone looking to host Minecraft servers or one of the many other Games they support.

I have used CreeperHost for many years and recommend them to people looking for a server for more than just Minecraft.

The panel is great and easy to work with, and staff are quick to respond to any issues.

The service is very very solid. Not only that, but the support group has helped me with connectivity issues more so than my ISP has. In fact, a particular rep: Stuart P., was an absolute God Send and even gave me some material to show to my ISP to give them a little bit of a head-start on the problems I've been experiencing.

Edit: Regardless of my opinion on creeper host I believe there is a serious issue with review sites like this one. And that is they focus on the vocal minority. The simple truth is people who have something to complain about are much more likely to go out of their way to leave a review than people who have a perfectly 'standard' experience. This site has 32 reviews, 13 of them are negative, Creeper Host has provided over 300,000 service. When you do the math that works out to 0.0043%... Yea... 0.0043% of the services provided have resulted in a negative review.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical after seeing some reviews from years past... but the service is phenomenal. Shout out especially to Aaron M for hanging out for a few hours to work out why my mods list was preventing my server from loading. They handled the whole situation professionally, they didn't judge me for barely knowing what I was doing... essentially, they made a bad situation into one that was much easier to handle. I am quite pleased and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Their uptime is great. They also have some amazing deals if you can get their servers at the right time. I think i got like 85% off for 3 months such a great deal. They also have an amazing staff that works there that will help any problem that you have. Thanks, Gaz, Aaron, and Draylynn for your help.

Excellent experience, server worked like a dream the entire time, was so easy even I could do it and when I decided to cancel my subscription - because my friends stopped playing and paying/playing an entire server by myself seemed a little overkill - they told me about a cheaper plan, which I declined, after which they just proceeded to cancel my subscription as requested i.e. no endless calls and sales techniques. All in all a great service.

I love the service, if you have any technical issues and you need support, just go to the support channel and ask, they respond in under 5 minutes! When I made my server, I could nothing about hosts, I started with a bad host and then my dad found this. We tried it and at least I loved it. My friends werent that active so it was almost just me and some other guys, when I needed help setting up the server, I got help from Jake E. And he helped me basically with everything in under 5 minutes, and today I needed some more technical support and about 40 seconds after I wrote in support channel Travis N. responded and helped me with everything I needed help with.

Basically all I said in a shorter version:
I love this host, if you ever want to make a minecraft server modded or just without mods, use this host. I have not checked if they have any other games they host a server for, but defiently check them out.

Incredible as of right now it is 5:00 AM and Draylynn T. Is literally setting up my server for me and just being a all around amazing person! Extremely awesome customer service! This is the best hosting service out there!!

I had spent days trying to self host a small server from my pc for my partner and I to play minecraft without LAN. Creeperhost have been a breeze. Download moadpacks directly on their panel and have separate instances for each modpack to play, all easy set up for you. Add mods to your files easily. After some major jar file errors, clientside, I had non stop support all day resolving it when it really wasnt their issue to solve. Eventually after it resolving we got to using our massive kitchen sink modpack. Not an ounce of lag or latency. Regular regular backups popping up on the chat box. Easy to share server details for invites. And only on a mid tier 'spider' pack so less than £20 per month. Worth every penny for a smooth, easy as pie and great service.

Absolute dream and to Jake and Aaron, best customer support out there. Friendly, concise and helpful with some of the best patience to an absolute server noob like myself. N.B. I'm actually disabled so having folks explain things calmly and simply is a dream and I cant express how grateful I am for it, when not many companies do that extra effort.

Thanks so much for a super smooth process and will not go with anyone else going forward.

CreeperHost is by far the best service I've seen anywhere. Support is always answered in 1-10 minutes, they always know what to do and never leave you in the dark!

I think its just bad practice to delete a server 3 days after the due date, horrible company.
