I was attempting to find a server host for a game called vintage story and was referred to creeper host. I am very new to dealing with setting up servers, and in my fumbling with the settings and versions of the game there was an error that occurred. I was unable to start the server and became frustrated. I then messaged their support team, i received a fast reply and kind staff member who very quickly solved my issue, even after solving my issue and getting the server running again, they waited until i replied saying i was happy with how the server was setup and running before closing the ticket very nice and professional. While I may be new to this space and form of business interaction i believe they were very helpful, quick, thorough and professional. If myself or others need servers for other games I will be referring them to creeper host.

It was easy to set up de server, but I think that its a little expensive. I order the 24 usd pack for 4 players but I still had a lag spikes sometimes. I would like and opción to add only more ram, not ssd or anything else

Just to clear things up, our pricing is all about RAM memory. If you want more RAM without anything else, the price stays the same. We split our hardware based on memory, so everyone gets a fair share of power
We are usually cheaper than other hosts who charge extra for less, and our support crew have built a bunch of custom tools to keep things running smooth. If those lag spikes ever come back, just give us a shout and we will work our magic

This could be the best hosting company ever
To be honest this is the first hosting site over several over the course of several years and that actually provides timely and effective support and a friendly way that doesn't make it a slog or effectively pointless to even bother asking for help. I don't usually say this but I would actually seriously consider being a cheerleader for this company it's hosting services and any other services may offer I might even move several of my other game servers over if this continues to be the case.

One of the numerous reasons CreeperHost was started was because we were tired of support that felt like a waste of time. That was nearly 14 years ago and some of the same faces are still here making sure no one else has to deal with that mess

They even went so far as to deploy the latest dedicated server option for the game, without even blinking an eye. Now my friends and I can enjoy playing, without the hassle of hosting everything myself. Thank you both for your support, it was Fantastic!

I try it recently and I can assure they give me the best service they could, Im very satisfy with the Host serviceand the client support they give, I only have one problem since I use their service and they solved in a few minutes, a really good service!

Great customer support, quick and responsive. Refund time taken was the shortest I've ever experienced. But it would be great if I could see the server availability for a location before purchasing a subscription.

While we understand the frustration of a wait for a server, we often provision hardware based on demand, and that demand changes quite often.
Our basic policy here is to use latency measurements to find a suitable temporary location while we commission new hardware, and moving between our locations is free and available also within the UI.
We do hope if you decide to try our services again in the future, you'll bear with us while we complete this full flow.
Amazing support staff
After getting a server, I had quite a few issues with getting it up and running, but the support staff were willing to help out and were quick with resolving my issues. Can't possibly recommend them enough!

The GUI was EXTREMELY friendly.
Overall I went with a less friendly service that gave me a little more resources for a similar price, but if you want a fast easy experience that you don't need extreme tech skills for this is the server host of server hosts.
Support was wonderful in helping me out!
