I love courtyardio so much. As a big collector I love the mix of technology this app has brought to the collecting community. Everything is always so easy and the buyback program is awesome lots of variety to is a big plus 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!! Best platform out here!!!!

Awesome opportunities and selection of cards to win.

I’ve been using Courtyard for the last two years coming up on three years. It’s always been a great experience. Sometimes you get some great grades. Sometimes you don’t. It’s all part of being a collector and even if you don’t get any crazy poles, there’s still a chance to get a good card that may not be worth a whole lot now and appreciate overtime. The platform has always been transparent in customer service has always been on top of things willing to make things right if there’s any issues on their own, they would recommend 10 out of 10 one of the best platforms in this industry out period.

Queries have always been dealt with swiftly and with a fair outcome. Cards have always been shipped promptly and well packaged

I love the user interface of courtyard compared to any other similar app or site. It’s a lot more visually appealing and easy to see what you and what others got. A lot of sites don’t even show that or they show it vertically whereas courtyard has it running along the screen. Just small little quality of life and attention to details. My best pull was a base set Charizard CGC 8.5!

Amazing customer service.

The customer service team is absolutely terrible I have been waiting a week for a response regarding a transaction issue in which I am owed £45.39 I have tried both email and the in app support and no response in app and useless on the email I recommend that you get used to over a week wait time if you are owed money because I have never had a worse experience than this with support teams.

Card came in broke.customer service rep told in so many words told me it was my fault because I didn’t get insurance but it was thrown in a simple bubble wrap envelope no other protection. Card was completely ruined and they only offered me 50 dollar credit on the app . Told me to waste more time and money and send it to cgc to get it re holder and see if the grade change then they will refund me the amount loss. So I have to jump through hoops to get the card I wanted but at a lower grade that was sent to me . I will not go through the hassle of playing the waiting game for cgc to tell me the card is bent . I will not use this app and I will advocate others not to use this app it’s was a horrible experience and I was so excited but left very disappointed.

Easy way for beginners to advance collectors to start a collection

Love the app but a lot of the updates recently have made it less appealing. I really like the original version.
Where booster packs were $10, not 15. You could buy packs with fewer points and ten dollar graded cards weren't constantly sold out

I’ve tried a few different virtual rip sites at this point, an Courtyard is by far my favorite. Maybe I’ll attribute that to some good luck with pulls, but honestly the whole experience is really great. The site and app are both extremely easy to use. The transparency with live odds makes me feel confident when pulling (and I have to say, in my small sample size, I have felt that I consistently get higher value pulls when the common odds are lower). I have redeemed two separate large orders from Courtyard and received my assets in perfect condition both times. I have had a few questions and reached out to support, and each time they were incredibly helpful and responsive.

If I had to ask for anything, I would ask for the following: (1) that the mobile app include recent sales when viewing a card’s page; and (2) that it becomes easier to add funds directly to wallet so I can bid on more marketplace items. I live in NY, so I have restrictions against certain crypto/blockchains.

Everything is absolutely amazing aside from the long shipping times. One of my favorite apps.

What I've experienced, especially when it comes to other sites is courtyard has better odds and pull rates. I appreciate the variety of different packs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I like it, I keep coming back, competitors are clunky and odds are abysmal. The raffles and redemption points are a nice touch.
