Delivered to wrong address
Waited at home from 7 - 11 for my delivery to find at half past 11 my boards had been delivered to a different location and a scribble put on the form as my signature of reciept. Had to hunt down the delivery point from the photo and retrieve the boards I had ordered.

Item was dumped on a neighbouring property; I did not see the courier. There is a falsified signature on system.
Suggest that the courier contacts the customer if they are unsure of an address.

10/10 delivery - driver took the time to put 9 bags of Sand (>200kg!) from Wickes in my outdoor bin shed (safe delivery space) when I wasn't home :)

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Delivery between 0900hrs and 1300hrs. Its now 1333 and i have been the next stop since 1034hrs this morning. The last time they completed a delivery there was no call to say they were going to be early and as such left the goods in the wrong place and meant I had to struggle on my own to move them.
I only gave a 1 star because lower is not an option. I will be complaining to the main company I ordered from to inform them that if they continue to use them then I will purchase my goods from them elsewhere with a better 3rd party delivery service.
