Courier LS38 was so helpful, bringing really heavy bags of garden materials and placing them where I needed - meaning I don't have to move myself (very helpful at eight months pregnant!) - great service thank you!

Mike (LS38) was an absolute star! Quick, polite, professional and friendly. On top of that he helped me out putting the fence I ordered into the slots when he had no obligation to do that. Thank you Mike!

This review is well overdue my booking was made in early January but after reflecting on everything that happened, I felt compelled to share just how incredible Dan was during one of the most stressful moments I’ve ever experienced.

Due to a sudden medical emergency involving my daughter, I missed my flight home to Australia and urgently needed our luggage transported from Gatwick to my mums address where we were now staying. It was an emotional and overwhelming situation, and the logistics felt impossible at the time.

Dan stayed on the phone with me for nearly two hours, patiently talking everything through, reassuring me, and coordinating the entire process with professionalism and genuine compassion. Not once did I feel rushed. He was calm, empathetic, and completely in control exactly what I needed in that moment.

What had been a personal nightmare was handled seamlessly. Communication was constant, clear, and reassuring. Dan treated the situation with such care and understanding it didn’t feel like I was just another booking, it felt personal.

In an already difficult time for my family, his support made a world of difference. It’s rare to encounter that level of humanity and dedication in customer service.

Good communication 1/2 hour from delivery. Steve (PA84) was also polite & friendly and careful with the delivery of the tiles. Good experience all round
