Engineer fine - really poor customer service.
CityFibre contracted by Sky to install a new broadband line at our house. Sky told us this wasn't required - so surprised when CityFibre sent a text with the installation date and a request that I confirmed the date or chose another. No contact number on the text to discuss the install ! Rang CityFibre - finally (after many, many menu options and recorded messages) got through to their technical team who couldn't help and put me through to customer services - who then cut me off. E-mailed them on the 16th June - auto response said they would be in contact 'soon'. Over two weeks later, still no response.
In the meantime, tried to change the date of installation - all the dates showing as available had no slots available ! Aaargh...
Engineer arrived on original date and did a good job.

Here’s a clear, factual review you could post.
I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the CityFibre network serving my property. My internet connection frequently fluctuates, resulting in an unreliable service that affects everyday use.
I initially experienced these issues with Vodafone and later switched to Rise Fibre, but because both providers use the CityFibre network, the same problems have continued. This suggests that the issue is with the underlying network infrastructure rather than the internet service provider itself.
Both service providers have reportedly raised the issue with CityFibre on several occasions, yet no lasting solution has been provided. As far as I am aware, CityFibre has not sent an engineer to thoroughly investigate the installation at my property or determine whether the fibre connection needs to be repaired or relocated.
After months of unreliable service, I believe there may be a fault with the original installation that requires a proper on-site inspection rather than repeated remote troubleshooting. I hope CityFibre takes these reports seriously and works with its providers to resolve issues like this promptly.
Based on my experience, the network reliability has been poor, and I hope CityFibre improves both its fault investigation process and its support for internet service providers when persistent network issues are reported.

We had no idea that CityFibre were even going to be digging up our road, we received a letter some days after we had a big trench dug in front of our house trapping our car, saying that they would be 2 to 3 days tops, that was more than two weeks ago, they are still here, digging, making noise, covering everything in a crust of filth, I have tried contacting the company. They haven’t even registered my original complaint, I have spoken to them again today to find out when the work is going to conclude, they said that they will pass it on to the complaints department, I’m not holding out any hope that this company actually give a rats backside about the disruption they are causing to residents.
