Uninterrupted lightning-fast…

I have had uninterrupted lightning-fast internet for 18 months, and with the renewal of my contract, the monthly payment is still the same. I am very happy with Toob.

Toob are Amazing

really easy transfer from Virgin to Toob. The engineer arrives and was extremely courteous and did a good job to install the new toob box.

No issues at all - wish I had moved over much earlier from Virgin as they as just charging me way to much

Rock Solid Internet

I've been with Toob for 3 weeks now, on the City Fibre network. The installation was straightforward, and I'm getting consistent 900Mbps and above speeds, upload and download on WiFi. Much faster, much cheaper than my previous provider EE, and no price rises for the duration of the contract.

Top speed at a good price

Top speed at a good price. I don't use the router supplied, I go directly into my mesh system.
I would give 5 stars but it does not have a VoIP option.

I was a customer of sky for over eleven…

I was a customer of sky for over eleven years and prices were going up plus I could never understand how you can put them up mid term of your contract! So went to to toob
And have been a customer now for three weeks AND at the moment it’s brilliant,internet very good , so is the price , I just hope it’s not a New broom sweeping clean,but for me it’s well done toob

Multiple disconnections and random…

Multiple disconnections and random packet loss for me, and another friend on the same street. They rang up and asked me to disconnect my whole house to help them debug a problem that is clearly at their end. The support guy seemed not to understand the linear nature of time.

As part of troubleshooting, we ask for our toob router to be plugged in because we’re unable to fully diagnose or confirm faults when third‑party equipment is in use. Connecting our router directly lets us see accurate line data and helps us determine whether the issue is on the network or elsewhere. Without that step, we’re limited in what we can test and fix.

We’re sorry if this wasn’t clearly explained at the time, or if the interaction felt frustrating, that’s not the experience we want for our customers.

We'd like to fix any issues you have so please give us a call when it suits you. We’re open until 8pm on weekdays, and we’re also available on weekends, so we can work around your availability and support you properly.

Starting out with toob

When I had an initial query I got through to a human quickly and they were helpful and reassuring. The installation was efficient and they did a very neat job. Otherwise, all going well!

I’m an Octogenarian and not had to do…

I’m an Octogenarian and not had to do anything technical before. It was so easy to install and connected straight away. Everything sorted by toob with my other provider and cheaper, which was the deciding factor !!
