Had cityfibre installed and they did a great job, Ben was very helpful and personable

Efficient and friendly service. Completed fast and reassuring experience. Much better than when you had to have the ISP's router or bridge, you can now just plug your own kit into the city fibre ONT providing you know what settings to tweak in your home network.

Dealing with City Fibre. Vodafone and DPD has been a pleasure from start to finish compared to their major rival, I would highly recommend them.

I’ve had an excellent experience with CityFibre from start to finish. The installation process was smooth, the engineers were professional and friendly, and everything was explained clearly throughout. Kept updated via text email all the way through the engineers kept in touch even to the point when they said they arrived. The guys were very nice clean tidy explained everything as they went so overall, I was very impressed.

Service reference no S2070668. Josh (308572) and Kemo (309526) arrived to do a fibre insta;llation. Discussed and explained options excellently, performed the installation neatlu and cleanly. Answered all my idiotic qustions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Very happy with work done.

Richard Daley and Eric Romanski attended my apartment today. Absolutely professional and courteous in every way. Explained the procedure and took care of the install which proved challenging. Ref 2063278. 4th Utility. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the job.

UPDATE .Today is now the 4th time we have lost our broadband since having city fibre installed through sky a few weeks ago. The service is utterly atrocious . Yet another wait in for an engineer to restore our service . What a disgraceful so called service 😑
Update : Surprise, surprise. No broadband the day after yet again .
Why carnt City Fibre send an engineer with the correct equipment to repair the issue which is inside the box on the pole . 😡

Communications good. Engineer turned up exactly onetime, explained what he was going to do and then carried out install tidily. Cleaned up all mess. Tested and working on departure.

The installation team were very friendly and checked in with me each step of the installation to ensure I knew what was happening and that I was happy.

The switch over was smooth and quick. The engineers were professional throughout and the work done speedily and efficiently
