Installation of fibre well managed from start

Installation of fibre well managed from the point of booking. Kept fully informed of what to except and when from the outset. Our two fitters were friendly and polite and carried out a very neat and professional installation leaving clean and tidy garden and home on completion.

Switched to Rise Fibre recently and the…

Switched to Rise Fibre recently and the whole experience has been smooth from start to finish. The installation was quick, the engineers were professional, and the internet speed has been excellent so far — fast, stable, and reliable for both work and streaming.

Customer service was also very helpful and easy to deal with whenever I had questions. Glad I made the switch and would definitely recommend Rise Fibre to anyone looking for better broadband.

We changed over from BT to SKY who subcontracted the work to City Fibre. I was quite anxious as never really had a great experience of people (Sky) drilling holes in my walls but I needn’t have worried as Brandon and Eamonn carried out the job perfectly. No mess, very professional and Brandon tuned in our TVs, mobiles and iPads so we didn’t need to worry. A lovely young man and both men are a credit to City Fibre!

Excellent Service

We were the first in our apartment block to take on full fibre internet by CityFibre, so there was a lot of work to do. They kept us informed every step of the way and hit every deadline. On the day of connection the engineers were a delight - friendly, professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we got good coverage and the installation we needed (our flat has thick brick internal walls). The result is the best WiFi coverage we've ever had. Thoroughly recommended.

From communication to the actual install I have been really impressed.
My engineer (Sergio ) what an absolute asset to your company he is. He was professional and explained everything step by step . He worked cleanly and neatly and checked I was happy with everything before proceeding ( unlike previous engineers ) .

City fibre installation in Felixstowe.
A 90 year old vulnerable woman left with out a phone. she was told she had to sort out the connection with sky direct. City fibre should be ashamed of themselves. At least sky was helpful.

AI communication rubbish

No human contact. I had city fibre install connection for Sky broadband and you can see the issue is with the point on the wall installed by city fibre and not the broadband. I now have to wait 3 days for Sky to come out and between city fibre and Sky you cannot speak to a human it all AI which is totally useless and cost saving to make more profit. Totally useless service
