Chris was extremely helpful and so welcoming. Nothing was a bother for him. He helped us find what we were looking for and in fact we ended up buying a few items (which we weren't meant to!). Im so glad that we met Chris, had a great knowledge of the products and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommended.

The delivery was excellent from start to finish. The driver Mike D arrived on time, was really helpful, and even brought all the fencing through to the back garden. Great service and a very friendly driver — highly recommended!

Although the store is not the easiest to find and has a nightmare turn into the drive, once in to the parking area, you get a great idea about the company products as every fence around the perimeter is an example of what is available to purchase.
There is currently a good selection of gates, planters, fence panels (plain and decorative) and apparently there are plans for an extension downstairs to incorporate a greater selection of the company products including pergolas etc in Nov.
Millie assisted us with planning our garden screen and low level fencing and couldn't have been more helpful.
She allowed plenty of time to answer any questions and provided samples of the screen colour we were interested in.
She was able to plan to design for the fence and advised about lead time for delivery.
So pleased the company has decided to expand to a southern shown room as it is a quality product and great to be able to see it 'in person'!

Had a delivery today and Anthony and Rick were amazing. Everything was double checked to ensure I had all the delivery and it was delivered to the exact location that I needed it. Very friendly and customer orientated. Well done guys.

Chris was extremely helpful. Asked us if he could help but we were having a good look round first. Answered any questions we had and made us feel comfortable whilst wandering around the store. Bought some screens but advised him we would be back for more!!!

Although there was a mix up (twice), and our correct item arrived third time lucky, the girls on the telephone were great, patient and very understanding. The delivery drivers were wonderful! Pleasant, polite and nothing was too much trouble. My abbey trough is beautiful.

Anthony and Rick rang in advance to give a more accurate time of delivery. They were polite and carried my goods to a convenient place.

Terrible customer service. Paid over £4,000 for some panels, and paid £125 for next day delivery. Delivery still not received days later, despite receiving time slot from logistics company.

Customer service unaccessible and I eventually spoke to sales team who were incredibly patronising, after waiting over an hour was told to 'be patient'. Would not recommend.

The delivery was smooth thanks to Anthony and Rick. The wall panels I ordered are great. The delivery took two weeks.
