My car just needed to fix the damage from accident and the body shop did not paint the same color of the car and the Allianz assessor stand on the body shop crash repair to force me if not pay the excess then can not get the car .we need the car so we have to pay .I think you should have independent assessor to come to assess for me .Thanks

Settled in a timely fashion.
The claim was settled in a timely fashion, however I had to point out that there were multiple injuries and the claim had to be amended accordingly. I'm glad I kept copies of all that I sent in so I could clarify the claim. Just disappointed that it wasn't dealt with the first time and I had to sort it out. But as I said settled in a timely fashion.
