CCI is underwritten by Allianz Insurance. After 10 years of paying premiums on one house and 2 on another, I finally needed to claim. Allianz made an assessment, determined an amount and then simply paid out the amount leaving me to fix the problem myself. As it is a rental property that was very difficult to organise. I no longer insure the 2nd house with CCI and as soon as I am able, the other house will also leave their books. Sad really because I was very keen to support CCI.

I happily recommend CCI. They have always provided me with excellent service. They are friendly and helpful and have always made me feel the way a customer should feel - important.

Less than impressed with the entire sad process. Not all AGL but if it wasn't necessary I wouldn't deal with any of them.
