Automated system of payment (29 Ap 2019) worked well; BUT:
* I expected an email confirmation;
* I hav since received a hard copy reminder re 10 May (I think), but that’s probably snail mail.

* Your term ‘Personal Insurance is a bit confusing - when it refers to home (and contents?) rather than life insurance;
I suppose Personal is your alternative to business / corporate.

* Home policy doc headings need to be clear on whether Contents is or is not included.
