Great consultation and purchase
We first visited for a consultation, in which we were given so much useful information and able to try some seats in our car. After considering the options we decided on one, and Natalie very kindly price matched for us when we found it a little cheaper elsewhere, which was amazing because we much preferred the idea of supporting her.

Expert advice and great car seat found, even in the middle of Christmas 🎄
Natalie saved us when we needed a car seat for our trip during Christmas!
I was desperately looking for a good travel seat last minute during a Christmas visit to Bishop’s Stortford. Natalie was super helpful and patient with all of my questions over WhatsApp, even in these days when most of the businesses don’t respond. I really appreciated it.
She’s a true expert on the topic and I really recommend her services.

Car seat ninja - the best out there
Natalie is fab & extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and the aftercare you receive is fantastic. Natalie is very accommodating and finds time in her very busy schedule to offer advice etc. It makes all the difference. Will be using car seat ninja again for future babies! & recommending to family and friends.

AMAZING
Natalie at car seat ninja was amazing as ever! We recently purchased a Axkid Minikid 4 after having problems with our previous seat- a Britax one. Natalie was brilliant at keeping me in the loop on what Britax were going to offer to help with as the seat was still under its warranty, and managed to come to a compromise with Britax for us which suited our needs in regards to our car. The Minikid 4 was sent out when stated, arrived when it should have and was just as described. After care has been good as it always has been previously too. Quick responses to messages and making sure that I had fitted the car seat correctly, and answered any questions I had about the new seat too. Can not fault Natalie at all, amazing lady who is very good at her job! Thank you again!!
