Martin was a breath of fresh air organising my car finance for my new vehicle, 5* support he went above and beyond helping me, we also have a good laugh along the way and after the vehicle was purchased, I had multiple follow up messages to make sure i was happy brilliant company 🙌🙌highly recommended

Excellent finance deal and brilliant communication
I can’t thank Car Money Finance enough for their tenacity, communication and support throughout my finance journey. Starting with them finding me an excellent finance deal with a great APR rate.
The dealership was slow to manage the case and communication was poor at times, but the team at Car Money Finance stayed on top of everything. They kept in touch consistently, even over the weekend, were always easy to reach, and kept me updated at every stage.
Their persistence made a stressful process so much easier. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

Was pushed into having warranty had no choice at all not good to rip of vulnerable customers I explained I have dyslexia and normally have a personal assistant to help me. They said that’s fine then ripped me off. Going to report to ombudsman

The system slowed me quick access
The system slowed down not allowing me quick access. Rachel and Nikki where very supportive and made me feel at ease, even thought póor communication with the buyer. However, as soon as the loan was sercured, the communication was very poor. Now I had the loan the buyer was still holding back on doing jobs before pick up. Now after the loan your system is slow and even none response. Chatting to an AI ninja is not helpful.
So again to repeate. The staff where great, your system stinks.
