Erfan was brilliant throughout the whole process. He explained everything properly and made sure I understood the different options so I could make the right choice for me.
There was no pressure at all, he was just really helpful, honest and easy to speak to. He kept me updated and answered any questions I had, which made the whole thing feel really straightforward.

Terrible aftercare
The process up until agreeing the finance was great. The after care has been shocking. The only communication I had was me calling them to see what's going on. Always told someone would get back to me and never did. Trying to cancel the agreement as the car is not up to the standard I was expecting and its just been a nightmare.

We understand that you raised concerns regarding the four MOT advisories and asked whether the supplying dealership could address these, or whether an alternative vehicle could be considered. We contacted the dealership on your behalf to discuss the advisories, but unfortunately, they were not willing to review or address these points. Despite this, we have continued to explore the options available to you.
We also recognise your frustration with having to chase for updates and callbacks. We apologise that our communication was not as consistent as it should have been, and we appreciate your patience while we have been working to resolve the situation.

I took out a loan for a car with CARLOANSUK.UK
I took out a loan for a car with this company, but I canceled it within the 14 days cooling off period, But 3 months on They still have not returned the funds to the loan company.
This is affecting my credit score and causing a lot of stress, I'm now looking at taking legal action as this is theft, I'm in constant communication with the loan company and trying to get this sorted out as I can't get another loan elsewhere until this is sorted out.
DO NOT USE CARLOANSUK.UK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LOOSE YIUR MONEY.
