Giving only 1 star as get a car
Giving only 1 star as get a car. But service what was provided stressfull unprofessional. We find a car from one of dealer V12 sign an agreement which was very fast and I was thinking thats quick and easy. How I was wrong. Next day started a lot of calls which confirming all my ID and so on. As working person cant answer all the time askimg call back at exact time never call back on time. As understand they only starting working around 1-2 pm at list. Paid deposit for dealer to reserve the car and after 3 hours Brokers called me and told dealer not giving this car to me as they not working with this brokers. I need to start again to look another car. contact dealer by myself again agreement again milions of calls nearly at 4-5 pm . Try to sorting all collection question. It was again issues from missing paperwork from dealer asking dealer to sort.Brokers again not doing there job. Day before looks like sorted but hey nooo lender thinking collection another day. Need to call lender sorting collection day but I am already on a way to collect car. Was driving woth no idea if I will get this car. Sorted finaly collected car. 50% of brokers job was done by my wife. And £700 fee looks like unfair to pay. If you want to have all week at list stress go to this brokers.
