Normally great but not so far
Normally for car bookings are great but this time what you were getting was unclear. We ordered an intermediate as our last booking which was an SUV was very small and we had to upgrade. We expected a larger 5 foot but got an MG saloon. The car itself was not of a quality I usually expect. The sat nav through car okay was difficult to get and the lighting etc was not great.
