The service and advice we received from Lawrence was exceptional. We were shown three different wheelchairs and were able to make a decision having taken the chairs out to our car to make sure they could easily be lifted into the boot by my wife. We were also able to have a 'test run' in the carpark before making our final decision. All in all a very good experience, especially with Lawrence's help.

Craig at the Milton Keynes shop was great with Mum & was clear about the right rollator for her. Mum was able to try it out in the shop & I was able to test putting it into my car boot.
No pressure selling, just good support & advice. The model Mum chose was not in stock, but arrived at 8.45am the next day with free delivery.

Visited the Ipswich showroom for a first-time wheelchair for my dad. The lady who assisted us was brilliant: friendly, polite, informative and nothing too much problem. Helped us choice the right chair and even assisted with how it would fit into the car. The other members of staff we encountered were also polite and friendly. An order for the wheelchair was placed late morning Wednesday, and despite being told a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days, it actually arrived mid-morning Thursday. Cannot fault the quality of the wheelchair, staff, service and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Easy to order and follow instructions for ordering

The staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
We were expecting to wait up to two weeks for delivery, but received a phone call two days later to arrange delivery date, which was for six days later.
Delivered by David and Phill this morning, once again very knowledgeable and all up and running within 30mins,including a demonstration.

The chap who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and helpful suggesting things we didn't think about.
