Great product, easy to construct. Does the job.

Very attentive, informative and friendly. Sian first offered me water to drink before giving me all the relevant information on the chair I wanted to buy.

Sales person was friendly and helpful.
She was patient with showing the products and also how to dismantle the mobility scooter and get the parts fitted neatly into the boot of the car.
Products were expensive though.

I find careco a great company. It’s a bonus to get vat relief on certain items. I’ve ordered quite a few useful gadgets and aids for around the house, it helps make life a little safer and easier.

Visited Marriott Close, Norwich today with view to purchasing new wheelchair. Karen demonstrated several different models and was helpful in guiding me in the right direction to finalise a purchase.
My current chair was difficult to open/close and another lady, whose name I did not catch, was most helpful in closing down my chair to enable it to be put in to the boot of my car.

We were seen by Andrea. She was very friendly efficient and helpful. She spent time helping us to choose a wheelchair and we were not rushed at. There was no attempt to persuade us to buy the expensive which does happen elsewhere.

Lovely staff, clean show room, able to try products. Clear on the extras you may want to get various insurance options. Simple buying process.
Heather was our sales person and she was warm and friendly. We were unsure of delivery times but less than an half an hour of leaving I got a text to say my delivery will be the next day. That is impressive.

The patience of one of the assistants, Tom, was endless! I made three visits because I couldn't make up my mind as to which chair I preferred but on each occasion, Tom was Great! Nothing was too much trouble.

I have to say that the experience we received was first class.
Sadly the bath seat was to big for lour bath. I returned the seat to CareCo.
The quickness of the refund was so quick and I was very pleased.
That proves that CareCo is a good friendly company.
