Everything I needed for my needs were available on line instead of visiting a store

When we arrived at careco Nottingham the staff greeted us and asked us if we needed any help with anything which was nice. Found a few wheelchairs that we looked at and asked if we could try them out. Susie was very helpful answering our questions and patient till we know what we wanted to buy. She was very polite too. We were grateful the way she handled our purchase throughout the whole procedure. Thank you careco Nottingham especially Susie

Visited Careco Glasgow yesterday. Very impressed by layout of the shop floor and space available to trial the item you require from a large selection of mobility devices.
I was looked after by a very knowledgeable sales advisor who listened to my questions and concerns and allowed me the time to find a rollator suitable for my needs. Thank you Pauline! I am looking forward to putting your advice to good use when my rollator is delivered next week.

Andrew made my visit a lovely experience. After a lot of research I had decided on the scooter I wanted. When told Andrew what I had chosen he told me that the one I had chosen would not be suitable for me. I explained my needs and he showed me the one I ended up buying. My original choice was more expensive but he looked at my needs rather than price.
That is something that rarely happens.

Abigail was very knowledgeable about customers' individual needs, and therefore which recliner chairs would be best for me. I was able to choose one of these that was within my budget.

I rang the Cardiff store to check the availability of a memory foam ring cushion. I was told one was in stock and would be held for me. I went straight to the store and picked it up. Great service.

I bought this Rolator for my wife, package came on time and no problems, it’s easy to put in car and carry on busses.
