Don't bother
Be careful if you miss one payment even a day late paying it they somehow justify a £20 admin charge quickly cancelled once they tried to charge me this for been a day late paying. They can't even justify this charge when challenged on it. My advice don't bother with this company just out to milk customers

Bad customer service
So I got the insurance n I was very happy with all the info n I signed the agreement with another company and it was all sorted. Until they took 2 payment out my bank n set up 2 agreements b4 the payment date. So I called and emailed their so called office and nothing. So I tired to get in contact with them for 5 days and nothing the credit agreement people said I need to call them. Then they took another payment out of my bank after they have already took 3. This company is a joke

Not had to claim yet but purchasing and am mending my policy has been easy and communication good
Bit of a bummer that you aren't covered until 14 days after the start date for mobile damage. I took out a policy to start in the date my last one lapsed and as luck would have it I broke my screen 6 days after taking the policy. Other than that I am happy

If your previous policy was with us, then you would have been covered without any interception on the grounds of renewal.
In all other cases, your first policy starts with a 14-day cooling off period. It allows you to cancel at any time and be fully refunded but in return claims are accepted after that period is over.

I emailed this company with a query before I took out the policy .
An advisor replied almost immediately .
The cover for 4 phones on one policy was in place the same day .
I highly recommend people to contact this company as service and price blows all other competitors out of the water
