These people are out to waste peoples time !!!!!

Sorted my daughters health insurance following their advice

The agents at this place just call and call, you can't discuss anything over email. I feel this is a scam and I would recommend people stay clear. I do not feel my personal data would be safe with this company.

Went for administration, so the cash back they promise dissapear!!!!!!

I received great customer service from the company, a very pleasant lady called Bibi, who called me within seconds of me submitting an online form. She then walked me through my history and helped me understand what it is that I was looking for in an insurance and left it with me to review. A couple of times I wasn't able to speak on the phone and we arranged a call back - she called when she said she would (many companies just leave customers hanging, so this is very much appreciated). The quotes were very good but due to my personal needs I am going through another provider, however I was very impressed with the service I received from them.

Very informative and helpful

When I called I had all options explained ever so clearly, Michaela who I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she listened to what my needs were and very quickly and efficiently gave me options and answered all questions I had.
It was a very straightforward process and I was able to get my insurance started the same day.
Would highly recommend!

Used this company to find a good health insurance plan and was left hanging because they gave the wrong information to the health insurers. Tried emailing them but kept being ignored.
